Chanel is the best! She’s got that beautiful HUGE smile on her face while taking the order. She’s a lovely and funny woman. I had my drive through order today from her and the way she processed everything was amazing. This amazing behavior is rare and definitely make someone’s day happier. DON’T LOSE HER! ;)PS. I hope I didn’t miss up her name (Chanel or Michelle).
Every time I've been at this location they get something wrong on my order. It has become a game for me to guess what they will get wrong. Unfortunately the last time I was here, some people from the homeless park across the street decided to sit next to me and my son. They argued and I could smell the beer. Not Taco Bell's fault, but that's the location. If you want to buy a lottery ticket and see what you'll get, come by.
Live next to this location so I always go here. Decently consistent with the drive through and good overall customer service. My only complaint is they put double meat maybe half of the time when I pay for it.
I always receive friendly service and am communicated with every time I visit this location! Busy or slow the food comes out great and drive thru or inside, I'm greeted with a friendly face! Thank you for excellent service!
If I could give them negative stars I would. I don’t like to complain much and understand lack of employees, lack of kindness and patience on this times…but this was just so bad that I just can’t ignore it! It’s a shame that there would be at least 9 people working here (I counted) and not one person knew how to do anything at all. After waiting for over 30 minutes (embarrassing to admit this) nothing in my order was right. From 12 items that I ordered online (2 missing) all of them were wrong! I went inside and told them I was missing 2 items, (before realizing that alll of my order was wrong) So I waited 10 more minutes (no line!) while they all had weird looks on their faces trying to figure out how to make a darn burrito with no onions or tomatoes. No one knew!! The drive through window girl had to step up and do my burrito to help after I finally kindly complained about the time I’ve spent on that restaurant waiting for my order. They completely ignored all of my requests and did them as is. Simple request like no tomatoes on tacos for kids, or no onions on burrito, or the most important one..NO MEAT, as I am Vegetarian, on my black bean burrito. I haven’t had meat in years!’ And then I bite into my bean burrito and felt and tasted the disgusting meat. I was so mad! Years of no meat to then have Taco Bell yucky meat ? Rib-eye, Filet Mignon…sure! I won’t be that mad to get a taste of that by mistake. But Taco Bell? Grrrrr I am so Dissatisfied, disappointed, and my 2 kids told me “Taco Bell never again.” Horrible!
Terrible service, terrible help on any accounts, yells throughout the entire store that the employee who is at the window to charge the person for sour cream, now charging is no issue, its pretty much an assumption. However not one word was spoken to the customer, nor did anyone sound professional at this at all. I never even received the sour cream, nor 2 of my items. Every time I call, its just buzzing and sounds like a 2000's dial tone. When it does ring, the call would be dropped entirely, or it would answer in this loud jarring, and kinda painful noises and high pitch beeps. The drive thru service was probably one of the worse iv ever had. I don't go to taco bell much but don't expect me to come back. Be more nicer to customers, we are the one who buy your products.
The order was delivered fast, and the food was hot and well prepared. I have low standards for Taco Bell, but this one was good. However, it was kinda odd that they were playing Christian music over the restaurants sound system pretty loud.
I gotta say Roxanne did an excellent job keeping her composure opening the store by herself. I’m surprised she even opened. The service was still perfect, and I really do think you should value this employee and not let her get overworked by people who don’t want to show up. One employee was an hour and half late and acted like she didn’t know that was bad. Should be let go in my opinion.
A great experience at this Taco Bell I pity the fool that gives it less than five stars.
Great stuff always gets mt food perfect
