While Sugar Life advertises 32 flavors, they did not have have my favorite... vanilla. I walked away very sad and disappointed.
We went to the one on hwy 17 north Myrtle Beach. They were rude to us served half of us and kept saying they were out of flavors. Asked to speak to a manager said they didn’t have one.
This was just average Ice Cream for me, everyone enjoyed the treat. Would not say out of this world but good.
Good service, however, make sure they check the prices of your items. A lot of prices are not true prices. The manager and staff were not sure about how to undo their mistakes when it came to exchanges or to help service the customer better.
The employees are rude! They act bothered to even have to do their jobs! They told me to go get my own stuff for them to make and then busted the bottom of the cup and served it anyway. Many acted clueless about what to do. We saw 5 employees and only 2 were doing anything. The rest we’re just standing around talking and ignoring all the customers.
Brought my family in North Myrtle Beach, as soon walking inside the place where employees greets and smile. Have so many varieties of candies And my favorite ice cream I really enjoyed. Thank you Vicky For all the help and made us feel home. But if we have a come back this is the first place I want to come and visit again. If you feeling Sour just come by to the store “sugarlife” make you feel happy and be a kid for that moment is priceless ❤️
I am only giving this rating due to the fact my family was being watched the entire time we searched for our favorite goodies. You don't have to act as if you are doing inventor to watch us. Once I noticed the negative attention I lost interest along with my family on purchasing mass amounts of candy. We are way better than some cheap candy and will never tolerate that from any business nor spend my money in your establishment again and when you check your camera..... I know you are you will see that nothing was taken you're establishment and we could have purchased whatever we wanted and some so please never judge a book by it's cover because someone maybe reading you.
My family and I ate here for Christmas during our vacation. They had great customer service and AWESOME treats and sweets! Keep up the good work!
Vibrant atmosphere with an assortment of candy, Ice cream, and merchandise. I was truly impressed with the Ice cream. The flavor I chose was Berries and Beach. I believe that was the name lol! Its pictured below and it taste amazing!
We had fun shopping there. Purchased some delicious fudge and enjoyed the ice cream. Great variety of items there. Lots of fun souvenir type items as well. The prices are reasonable too.
