I went there June 9, 2022 and ordered a sub meal at the touch screen at the drive through. The total (you pay) was $9.63. At the window they said the total was $11.64. The assistant manager said the touch screen was not the same as the register. With prices changing so often it was not updated. They forgot my chips and used yellow mustard instead of honey mustard. Filed a complaint with corporate when I got home from vacation and 8 days later no response.

I ordered online and couldn't use ANY of the coupons I got in the mail on wed. I even tried a different location. So around 1130 I ordered for 1215 pick up, got there at 1200 and was told they didnt have my order. Went out to my car to get tablet to show her the order #, and while I'm standing there, the order came in! Had to wait 15 mins for my 2 subs that I paid full price for.

So me and my roommate went to this subway today and ordered through the drive thru. Waited probably about 30 minutes get our food and we go home open the subs and there no toppings besides a few on one of them but not all the toppings were there. My roommate calls and the lady on the phone says “so there was no veggies at all?” Roommate says no and the girl proceeds to say “well I didn’t make that order.” Very unprofessional so we go up there and the girl snatches the bag out of my hand thinking it’s funny hugs the bag with the subs inside and takes them out of the bag and put the toppings on top of the already soggy subs. In the process it was like she couldn’t focus on putting the correct items on the subs. If it wasn’t clear she reused the same old subs we had she didn’t even change the sub wrappers and we got no bag to carry our food.

Just had an Uber Eats here. Bless Haley and Helen for hanging in there. They were most compliant despite their adversities of being under staffed on a Saturday at 6:30. ?

Super rude customer service. Rushed me through then took forever to make subs. Didnt even come to the window to tell us it was taking long. Employees were just talking to eachother.

Great deal on subs when you use a promo code and order from the app, and they are always good! Thanks Subway for always being there when I need you most, lol.

Constantly messing up my order putting things I never asked for on my sub and taking things off i did ask for from drive thru which is done through a computer system. So its either the employees cannot read or the system is not working right. I left a comment on corporate website last time and never got a call back or email back. Always give tips too, but not anymore. This subway is so slack. Just disappointing.

The protein bowl had no lettuce , yes it was asked for. There was 8 tomatoe slices in it (three would have been sufficient. No ranch on side as asked for. One of the three sandwiches was absolutely horrid. Soggy, fell apart when taken out of bag, everything fell off all over table. The other two were fine. Just need to have better quality control in my opinion for online orders. Could have gone back but another 10 mile drive putting kids back in car was too much of a hassle

My advice.. Do not go in and order more than one sub with coupons. Once I told them what I wanted on the 3rd sub they forgot the mayo, vinegar, and oil on the first 2. The mayo on the 3rd and the 4th? Well, let's say the chicken and bacon ranch was plain. No ranch and they didn't even put any toppings on. The cashier was nice to help me with coupons, but when you spend that much and the store wasn't even busy at 5:30 they should at least get the sandwiches right.

I ordered a footlong sub toasted but they did not even toast it. The inside of the breeds in soggy also the Sub is the shape of cylinder
