The best Starbucks in Myrtle Beach! What a beautiful location (used to be a bank?). The outdoor seating area is spacious and fancy! The inside is giant with a private conference room which you can reserve and I've only seen this at one other Starbucks ever (in Raleigh, also used to be a bank). The store is very clean and organized and the employees very prompt and friendly. One of the few corporate locations in the Myrtle Beach are (most are licensed and not Starbucks employees). It's worth going out of your way to this location and skipping those licensed stores!
Asa is a really cute barista, can someone do me a solid and give him my name and number??He always makes the best drinks and definitely deserves a raise. He goes out of his way to make everyone feel loved and invited! Anyways tho pls give him my number xoxo
Very great drinks and staff! When I'm staying in that area I get Starbucks pretty much every morning on my way to work and every time it's amazing!
Busy busy busy! Baristas were very pleasant and efficient tho! Only complaint, the floor was dirty and sticky.
The coffee is great, however, the staff here should really pay attention to mobile orders. I placed a mobile order for a Carmel ribbon crunch with almond milk and no whip. I have a dairy allergy. My frappe was literally whip cream all the way through. I wish I had to time to Karen in the drive thru as I was given a half apology. Please do better. This is peoples money and if they ask for moderations there’s probably a reason why.
After waiting at drive thru for 15minutes without moving, I parked and went inside.Not much better, got my order completely wrong. They have ONE guy making drinks. ONE girl taking drive thru orders then going up to take inside orders.FIVE!!!!!!OTHERS JUST STANDING BEHIND COUNTER.BY THE WAY THIS AT 12 NOON
the absolute BEST starbucks. i feel like we are all genuinely friends instead of just being a regular. clean, quick, and super sweet. especially tyrah and sam! they are the greatest.
I ALWAYS get an iced peppermint white mocha with a caramel drizzle wall and sometimes with peppermint cold foam! So delicious!
My family and I were staying at Ocean Lakes for the week and I needed somewhere to get a few hours of work done for my business. I found this Starbucks about 10 minutes away and got there exactly at 5 AM. A nice lady by the name of Laura was unlocking door and gave me a warm welcome as the first customer of the day! There was only one other girl working and she also made me feel extremely welcomed, loudly greeting me with a “good morning!” From the other side of the store. I emphasize this because who in their right mind wants to make customers feel welcome at 5 AM!Laura took my order of black coffee and made it for me fast. As I was about to go back to my seat, she wanted to know if I wanted one or two cubes of ice in it to cool it down, because black coffee is typically pretty hot to drink right away ??. I must been ignorant,l because I’ve been drinking black coffee for over a decade and have always struggled with how hot it is. I have never in my right mind thought to put one or two cubes of ice in it to make it manageable. I got my work done and was able to return to my family at Ocean Lakes. All I can say is thank you Starbucks for hiring people that always have a smile on their face and make me feel so welcome. This is why I love coming here.
Very poor customer service, I did not recieve the pastries I ordered and waited 15 minutes just for a coffee to be made, the cup was not even half way full. Employees were just talking and chilling out.
