Y’all are the best! Made my day this morning! I’m in real estate and constantly see Folks mov’n to MYR from all over! Way more movers then workers, so please be kind to the staff that shows up and always gives it there all! Even with a line out the door and tons of mobile orders at once the staff still brings there A Game! ?

Bad service all The way around; girl at register rude, not friendly and didn’t thank me for tip! Was here on April 25, approximately 8:00pm. Guy running around in lady wig , dress, fish net Jose Nothing against that but, dude needs to have a apron on like other employees!! He wasn’t trying to help the new girl much! All the drinks were incorrect.

Great service and excellent drinks. We stopped in our way from Charleston and needed a pick me up and it was perfect. Also has really clean bathrooms and with limited options along the way, this was great

Awful. I am currently still waiting for a mobile order I made 30 minutes ago. The workers do not seem to care that there’s more than 20 people in the store all waiting for their orders. For the prices they charge, they ought to make the drinks fast, or even at least on time as it states on the app.

Awful customer service, terrible unexpirenced staff!20 min waiting on my order which was only bacon / egg Gouda, then they forgot my order, had to remind them of it! , and they say oh we are out of bacon would you like something else? Lolol after 20 min, and they had to search for my order again!!!!!

This was an extremely disappointing experience.. I have been to many Starbucks all over the United States thest by far was the most repulsive coffee I have ever had made the music was blasting loud and they were very rude and ignorant and ignorant. Definitely worth the drive down the road to a different Starbucks. I will never go into this one again not to mention they Yeah charged me 11.5% sales tax no thanks.

Great customer service, my latte is always made correctly. Long lines but recently they have been picking up speed.

The drive up was extremely slow today. But my biggest issue was the quality of my drink. It was supposed to be a venti iced peppermint mocha with half pumps. It was bitter. There was NO peppermint in it. And …for a laugh…they gave me a short straw for the venti cup. It sank down into the cup! Probably the worst Starbucks drink I’ve ever bought. Very disappointed.

Wifi doesn’t work. When asked the reply was it’s not working and hasn’t and I don’t know how to fix it. Aside from coffee, a customer comes her to use wifi. Flip side, the coffee was good!
