The Starbucks is absolutely wonderful inside of this Kroger location. The employees are always happy, great you with a smile and personable. They're drinks are fabulous! I love the management staff as well. I've had the pleasure of watching them train intermittently, and they do a great job.
worse starbucks ever!!! they had my order messed up. emily the worker had the worse attitude to make the drink awhile i was waking out she rolled her eyes!!

Went today and was informed that corporate now makes them charge for cream anything over a “splash” spoke to corporate tonight and they said not true!! Why would I pay an extra .70 for cream??? Cream and sugar normally come with coffee!!! Didn’t ask for anything over the “original recipe” Especially don’t like being lied to!!! Unprofessional

Girl not taking orders was sitting on her phone the entire time I am ordering. Then continues to text for another 30 seconds or so while I am standing there. Finally puts her phone away.. (unsanitary especially in Pandemic). Drops the drink mixer in the sink.. picks it back up.. doesn't seem to care.
