I came in this after noon at about 6pm into the Starbucks in target on seaboard street, apparently i came in through the exit and the worker (who had short black curly hair pulled in a bun and she always was wearing glasses) rudely decided to say "just for future references you came in through the exit" i made a mistake i didn't do it deliberately and i didn't see anyone there so i didn't feel the need to go all the way around. I then turned around and seen 2 other costumers behind me and i told them that they could go in front of me and that it wasn't a big deal they told me that i was okay and it was fine the worker then proceeded to say "yeah well it's okay this time but for future references" which i thought to be extremely rude. I work at Myrtle beaches number one tourist attraction so i KNOW how costumers/guests should be treated i then proceeded to order my usually coffee and then my sister wanted some water with strawberry. She stated to me that she will be charging me for a "tea" and that it was going to be 4$ even though i ordered WATER when i asked if there was a reason why because i didn't ever get charged before she stated that the person "probably didn't know to charge me" but I've ordered water with strawberry multiple times with different employees each time. The 4$ was no big deal but it's the attitude that was the issue for me, when she was making my coffee she proceeded to slam the blender around and such. As costumer service employees you should be nice to your costumers whether you're having a good or bad day! I didn't do anything i was polite and my order was as simple as it can get. If you see this lady working as a barista save yourself the trouble and don't get coffee! Very unprofessional and rude.
Horrible customer relations!! I visit this Starbucks at least 3 times a week... sometimes more. But today the old cranky woman who works there(has the worst attitude) refused to make my order because it was going to use up too much of an ingredient that she wanted to save for other customers!! She even said " I'll won't make what you ordered if I can make these others
It was good but super slow
5mct O
Very slow with 4 girls working !!Line was very long and taking along time & my drink wasn’t the best either.
Good service, great staff
Only 2 people working very slow and leisurely with 9 people waiting to receive their orders. Not saying they have to rush and run around but there was no sense of urgency even with a line of 5 people waiting to order
Fast service. Very nice staff.
The two girls working today (one with green hair) were very rude. We mistakenly went in through the exit entrance but no one was there and one of them said they wouldn’t serve us if we didn’t go through the right entrance next time. They could have been way more pleasant about the situation. Would not come back to this location. This is not up to par with the stand alone locations at all.
This store is in Target and they never seem to have adequate help. The day I was here the line was 6 or so deep and there was one barista running the register and making drinks!! Mind you, there was another barista, but she was filling up bottles of caramel. Now maybe she was prepping to end her shift, but when you see the line that long common sense & good customer service says, stop what you're doing and help your fellow barista!! To top it off, the barista who was filling bottles was unfriendly ?
