The best Starbucks I've ever been to! We went each morning of our trip, and it was an easy and pleasant walk from the Breakers. They learned my husband's name and made him a drink he really liked (and he is not a coffee drinker). The manager was extremely friendly, talkative and it was obvious she cared about her employees. The employees were also very friendly and quick. My morning coffee on my balcony overlooking the ocean was one of the best times of my vacation!
They made my drink wrong and then one of the girls caught an attitude when I asked for the classic syrup that is supposed to already come in it.
Are these qualified and trained Starbucks employees? Why don’t they wear the assigned uniforms? They didn’t make my drink correctly. The lady didn’t know what she was doing. What I did see her do, I had to correct and tell her what to add. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch. Why do I have chocolate cookies in my drink? I didn’t see that part, but whatever this is, it doesn’t taste good. Starbucks employees are thoroughly trained. These employees are not.
The staff was so nice. The place was very clean.

friendly staff got a breakfast sandwhich i asked for the bacon to be crispy . they told me they werent sure they could do it but they would try. and they did it.
Had never been to Starbucks until this visit. The strawberry drink I got was delicious. Staff was amazingly sweet.
Made my drink wrong and then when I said it had coconut milk in it, she said oh yeah and then literally added whatever she made to the milk! NASTY!*update the sweet girl that replaced Maria remade my drink and was super sweet!*
