Every time we decide to give this sonic another chance we are disappointed. Every single time we’re either missing food or the food is cold and hard. Don’t get me started on the sauces. Why do you sell mozz sticks and not automatically give them sauce. Don’t bother asking for it though, they won’t give it to you anyways. Why should I come back when the food tastes like cardboard? Pitiful. Y’all need to fire everyone and get a team in there to train a new team. Do better. I’m fed up.
Love sonic but this particular one is so ridic!! Soggy fries is not exceptional.. I paid over $25 for some soggy damn fries and a large soda that needed an O2 change.. seems like there is always an issue with this certain sonic.. plz do better because I love me some sonic and yall are convenient considering the area yall are located but im going to have to drive out the way for a better service.. stop serving food that has been sitting out and plz check your drinks before sending them out.. stop serving cold food all the way around disgusting.. stop serving soggy fries and change your grease that u cook with more than u are because it shows!!
3/12 around 9:30 pm. I ask for a #3 no lettuce or tomato. The lady reads it back the way I requested my meal and literally received it with lettuce, tomato and onions. What in the hell must happen to get your workers to listen and deliver. This is constantly happening .
Off-night--banana shake had a near whole banana unblended in it and the tater tots were soggy and cold. Burger was good but had cheese when I asked for no cheese. Ah, well.
Foods just ok, Service is GREAT!! It's just fun to go there, and much faster than a classic drive thru
We ordered 2 cheeseburger plates. One cb was ok, the other was cold and had a strange taste to it. That was a bacon cb on toast. To top it off the fries on both orders were cold. We threw them and the cold cb away. As we were in our car we had no way to reheat the items. We were traveling and wanted something good to eat while on the way to our destination. We live in Murrell's Inlet.

Absolutely disgusting. My classic chicken sandwich was a thin dried out patty with mushy tomatoes, soggy lettuce and a burnt, smashed roll. The popcorn chicken was nothing more than breading. I threw everything out.
I got a burger combo last night and was disappointed that the meat was slightly burnt and had to much salt. The fries were Stone cold and was so over salted I considered it to be a health risk if I were to eat them. I have had good food from this Sonic before, but the last two times have been terrible.If your food is not consistent, I can no longer give you my money.
I rarely leave a bad review but this was ridiculous. The lettuce was a center piece that belonged in the trash not on a burger. It was also cold and the bun was rock hard. Sonic…. You can do better that this.
