Appetizers tasted like bad fast food. The calamari might have been rubber and the steak was so chewy that the only piece I tried ended up in a napkin. Least impressive Pad Thai I've had, and something went very wrong today with the ginger dressing recipe. Good service may have offset the substandard food, but the experience began with the hostess asking us to carry our own menus, to find a table she gave us directions to across the restaurant. The only dish we complained about was the steak. In response our waiter explained it was probably just overcooked since they don't ask for temperature preference on that dish anymore. Then he walked away, very unconcerned. When I saw he'd taken the liberty of adding his own 20% gratuity, I realized why things like refilling our water and caring about whether we even considered the food edible were not his concern. Worst $200 I've spent lately.

The volcano roll is the best that I’ve had in years. Our steaks were great but the only thing that wasn’t to my liking was the lobster. We tried saki for the first time. My wife didn’t like it but I did.Dane was our server and was full of energy, attentive and paid attention to details that I missed.I would definitely come back for the volcano rolls.It’s a bit pricey but I like it.
We have been coming to SOHO since they were located across the street. We have never had an experience like we had tonight. I can honestly say that I am sad & disappointed with our evening. What once was our favorite special restaurant is no longer that at all. We were prepared for a wait & waited for nearly an hour to be seated. Once seated not one person spoke to us or looked our way from 20 minutes. The “DJ” was unbearably loud. We went downstairs to see if we could wait for another 6 top & we were told it was just too bad and told us to look around & see that they were packed. We left.

Went with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. Our server Danielle took great care of us . The drinks and sushi were really great and we’ll be back again.
Great food and great service. Our Russian server Vlad is an exceptional waiter. Six of us enjoyed a fabulous night with our loves here. Very nice atmosphere with amazing views of the inner coastal water way. After dinner we enjoyed the entertainment of an awesome singing duet “kellieandlarinza willard” at the Tiki bar.
Danielle was absolutely amazing fast service! She stayed on top of my drinks and she made sure my to go order was on point! Also she so good at what she does she remember me from weeks ago! So y’all go to Soho and request my girl Danielle?

I don’t know why this restaurant only has a 2.5 star rating. The food and service was absolutely amazing. We had the crab Rangoon and some sushi for appetizers and we had the surf and turf and ribeye dinner. Food was served fresh and hot and everything was delicious!
