After spending a few hours at Wonder Works with the grand children everyone was hungry so we stopped at the 1st place without a wait. The 1st hint should have been the fact that they were able to seat 12 right away. Next the waitress brought our drinks and spilled water all over the table and on me and not only did she not apologize she didn’t even bother to wipe it up. When our food finally came or should I say 10 of us received our meals 2 of those were incorrect. The orders were corrected and brought out but we were still missing 2 meals and we waited and waited. No we had 2 very hungry children on our hands so they were eating from everyone else’s plates. We did ask someone in the serving area to check on the missing meals but she proceeded to stay on her phone. When our waitress finally returned to the table we asked were the 2 meals were she said she didn’t know she put the order in. Again we had to wait. Over all it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.
Me and my family just stopped in for lunch we didn't even get appetizer our order was wrong. They've seen it as directly in front of the front door the hostess sneezed in her hand didn't wash her hands and helped take food to a table. Told our waitress and they didn't care.
Food was okay, atmosphere not so much. I got the fish tacos which were really good, however, they weren't crispy and the condition of the rice that came with it told me it sat for some time before coming to the table. The staff I seen and that helped us all acted like they'd rather be somewhere else. There was a pipe above our table that was dripping. Go somewhere else. For their prices it really should be a better experience and quality.
Way too expensive for what you get. Better tasting at fast food places. Fish & chips, I.e, fries for $25.00. Fries were under cooked & service was just ok. Atmosphere felt like we were in a chicken coop.
Good burgers, but a bit overpriced honestly. I think it was $17 for a bacon cheeseburger and a side of fries, plus the drink. Food was a bit slow and other customers seated after us received their burgers before us... it happens, but I expect better than fast food at $20 per person. Super nice wait staff though.
Ordered here 2 days ago, we had a large party of 13 so they sat us outside. Staff wasn’t friendly seemed like they didn’t wanna be there, but our server was nice jus seemed overwhelmed with other tables. We would ask for napkins and straws she would bring napkins no straws, food came and we asked for ketchup, refills she brung napkins and no ketchup and refills until the check came. I ordered wings they were good asked if they could fry them hard/crispy but one had a lot of pink inside. Which is not good at all. The service was relatively fast for a table of our size.
We were seated right away but the food took over an hour to get to our table. The bathrooms were disgusting. The food was a little bit better than microwave dinners. The service was not good and the meal was very expensive. I wish had waited for the Hard Rock table instead.
The place was very busy but the service was good. Had the grilled fish tacos and a side salad. The tacos were good but could use a little more flavor. The side salad was enough for a full entree! Great martini!!
