It was a smaller place but decorated beautifully. The food was very reasonable for the area and came in large, delicious portions. We had a wonderful waiter named Roger who liked to laugh, he made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend you try a seafood platter or the manicotti.
Very disappointing. Started off well with the calamari. We should have stopped there. There was a period of time that the waitress had completely disappeared. Even needed to go to the hostess to make sure she didn’t leave for the evening. The hostess assured us she was still working and she went to the manager to bring the issue to her attention. The manager chose to go sit with regulars and enjoy some of their food. Never once coming to see if things were okay. Minutes later the food came out. It had obviously sat under the warming lamp so long that my wife’s fillet had no juices (no good for medium rare). My youngest daughters’ salmon was rock hard on top and was so salty she couldn’t eat it. My oldest daughters’ pasta primavera had under cook vegetables. The pasta itself was tasty. My Veal was similar to my daughters salmon; loaded with salt and inedible. When the manager walked by later we asked why she didn’t bother to come over to the table and she felt that since we had food, there was nothing she needed to do. We pointed out that she chose to go sit with her regulars and enjoy a laugh while eating their food. She stated that she was tasting it because they had an issue with their food as well. The garlic bread was a mixed bag; either very hard or you could squeeze out the dripping butter. When looking for the waitress earlier the regulars that the manager chose to sit with stopped one of the waitresses walking by and told them we were in need of assistance. The waitress stated, “that’s not my table”.Having previously spent years working in the restaurant industry I can tell you that the problem starts from the top down. The manager does not understand customer service or how to run a staff and it shows.Hopefully the owners find a professional manager to run their restaurant before it’s run into the ground.I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant to anyone.
Beware - this restraint has very deceptive billing!! They brought a handwritten check then returned with a computer bill with only a grand total, a place to add a tips as well as suggested tip amount, however they added a 18% tip on my bill AFTER they gave me the handwritten check. When I asked to see my “handwritten bill” I saw where they added the the tip. My son left a double tip on $100 check not knowing the deception and had paid his bill and left before we did. The food was very good but I’ll never return.
Our party had a variety of dishes. Everything was absolutely delicious. Great customer service. We will definitely return on our next trip to Myrtle Beach.
My son and I stopped for dinner and absolutely loved it. They were busy and I'm sure could use more help but the young man that worked with us was amazing and we appreciate him. It was a lot and he never left his customers sitting and wondering. We will absolutely stop again. The food was great to. Had lasagna and spegetti with meatballs and mushroom. Loved it!
Stopped in because it was our anniversary and the resort gave us a buy one entree, get one free coupon for this place. If ever in the area, please stop in. We were served by Junior and he was an absolute delight! The meal was one of the best we had our entire vacation. Could not say enough good things about this place!
Service was ok, took a very long time to get our food, we think the kitchen messed something up and they had to remake our food. But to me it was worth the wait, I had the alfredo with chicken fingers and it was absolutely amazing. One of the best meals we had during our week in Myrtle Beach.
The food was good and quickly served, but I didn't care for the mischievous waitress who, after presenting me with the bill had already included an automatic 18% gratuity without telling me. She must have hoped I wouldn't catch it because then when she ran my credit card presented me with the 'meal total' and a blank space asking if I wanted to leave a tip. I felt deceived and will doubtfully ever return. There are too many other restaurants who deserve a chance.
Guess Dino finally sold. Went there for their lasagna, side salad with bread, as it was really good years ago. Just average now. Disappointing. No reason to return.
Seven of us had dinner here while in town for a convention so we had a wide range of meals. All was excellent. Also, a terrific value. Service was excellent as well. Glad it was recommended to us. Fine dining quality at more of mid-range price
