At “Happy Scooters,” the owner is nothing but “happy,” in fact, he’s the opposite. The owner is very rude to city staff workers and customers. If you want to rent a golf cart, there are two more venders on the same street that would be happy to help.
Very nice family owned I was bout a half hour late getting the golf cart back and Evan empty on fuel and they were still nice I payed for the gas and he sold that was good have a good day great place to do business
Happy scooters is the best place to rent a golf cart when you visit Myrtle Beach. We went to another place and they wanted $400 deposit plus another form of payment, plus the lady was really rude. So my wife and I walked down to Happy Scooters and spoke to the owner. He said he's been in business since the late 90's and prices have not changed. We paid $260 for 24hr rental and no deposit. We will definitely be returning when we visit next year. Thank you for helping us out.

Best business people when you follow rules properly given in the contract. They tried to refund me on my card for 200.00 and I went back to my room the next morning they called and told me to come back so that they could do it in cash because the card didn't except the refund they could have kept it and I would've been long gone by the afternoon good people great morals...

WORSE PLACE TO GO !! WE RENTED A GOLF CAR AND OUR FRIENDS RENTED A SCOOTER WHEN WE WENT TO RETURN THE CAR THE OWNER WANTED US TO RENT FOR ANOTHER DAY WHEN WE SAID WE RATHER GET THE DEPOSIT BACK HE ACCUSED US OF CRASHING THE GOLF CART OUR FRIENDS TRIED TO RETURN THEIR SCOOTER BACK AND GET THEIR DEPOSIT BACK THE OWNER REFUSED TO BECAUSE HE WANTED TO KEEP THER MONEY TO COVER THE "CRASH" WE TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT WE DID DIFFERENT TRANSACTION TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE RENTING TWO DIFFERENT THINHS THEIR PURCHES HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH US BUT HE DIDNT CARE HE STILL TRIED TO KEEP THEIR DEPOSIT WE ENDED UP CALLIN THE COP
