BBQ was as good as before! Everyone in the family had a BBQ sandwich regular. All seemed to enjoy. This is our second stop, but this time was at the second location and was not as great as the first visit a few years back. On two to staff the one location, service was lacking some.

Our BBQ sandwich & fries were awesome but the servers were very rude and no A/C & no fans. If they just had some ceiling fans with some air moving it wouldn’t have been so bad. Can’t imagine how hot it is in July. Maybe if the servers were cooler they would be nicer.

We ordered fish, shrimp ,coleslaw, & greenbeans. The fish was not cooked all the way, the shrimp were over done, the coleslaw was just cabbage covered with mayo (no taste) and the greenbeans were mushy. I was very disappointed, the place need an entire makeover, from the food to the inside!

A hole in the wall type of place where the owner will also help you through menu and take your orders, was very nice. Brisket was the best we’ve had in South Carolina and smoked beans were a great side option. Mac N Cheese was also very tasty and fresh. Loved the old school ambiance, definitely will go back on future trips to Myrtle Beach

flies cold food slow service greasy no AC says $1 per wing, then bill came and it said $2. when we asked, server said oh just changed prices, haven't updated the menu, and she forgot to mention it when we ordered them. and the wings sucked, even if they were free.

Really enjoyed the smoky beans!! Brisket was very good. My husband liked the pulled pork. Owner was friendly; we felt it was authentic.

with a caveat: fries were pre-cooked and then dipped in fryer. green beans-cold. pulled pork-cold. brisket-just warm. place changed ownership and is going downhill.

I would recommend everything . Been there twice love the pull pork best buns you can eat melts in your mouth.

Ate in right at noon. Brisket and ribs looked and tasted like “leftovers”. Fries were soggy/burnt/yesterday’s? Canned baked beans, really? Very disappointed. Dirty, dingy, sticky place smelled of burnt deep fryer. Sat with a friendly cock roach on the wall. We will not return. Maybe we went at a “bad time”? Waitress was nice though she forgot part of our order.

A trip to Myrtle Beach wouldn't be complete without a visit here. A hole-in-the-wall eatery in an out-of-the-way strip mall would never have caught our attention four years ago without the reviews (thanks TA). Now it's become a "have to" stop (at least once) each stay. Our server, Matthew, was friendly and attentive. Though plates are available upon request, we enjoy the butcher paper format. They still make a mean brisket, great ribs and satisfying baked beans and potato salad. The only negative was that this time, they were out of their chicken bog (which we enjoyed the next day at their Murrells Inlet location); as well as not having their complimentary pork rinds. All and all though, a visit here is still a "must".
