We called before we went, Danielle I believe was lady's name was super rude. We went anyways, make sure we had different wait staff. The lady we had was super nice, very attentive and quick. Food was mediocre at best. Cheese bread was more burnt then edible, pizza didn't even taste good. Maybe they were having off day, but I most likely won't return.
I would give 0 stars if i could. I placed an order for delivery a little over an hour before closing. I received a text saying the order would be delievered via door dash or similar service. 30 minutes after placing the order and paying the order was canceled and i was sent another text telling me to contact the store for details. I tried calling numerous times and was either hung up on or no one answered. So i paid and never received my order and couldn't even talk to someone about what was going on.
Over the last couple of years they have closed virtually all of the Pizza Hut locations in our area. As a result we were looking for one to dine at when we ventured into Myrtle Beach recently. We specifically wanted a location with a salad bar as we love the creamy Italian salad dressing which we just can’t seem to find a comparable anywhere. After researching we found this location and made it in time for the Lunch Buffett as we arrived into town. Salad bar was basically just as we remembered and the pizza Buffett was excellent. Pizza was hot and fresh as were the breadsticks. Spoke to the manager at the end as we were leaving and she was great as well. Definitely brought back some memories of growing up and going to the Hut!
Pre-ordered @1030am for preparation once store opened @11am, order arrived piping hot a little after 11am!! Driver was friendly, courteous & professional. My staff LOVED the Dinner Box, 10/10 experience :)
My wings the container was crushed when my order was delivered and my crispy crust pizza was not crispy. My other pizza the cheese and half my toppings were stuck to box lid so im assuming my order was crushed in a hurry to get it here or as retaliation for a tip that was less than 5 dollars
Well....I understand it's the holidays but my time & service is just as important as the next. After sitting on hold forever and a day.....this young girl answers & very robotically keeps asking for my number despite the fact that I'm telling her I just had questions about pizza deals for the moment. Without saying anything else, she throws me on hold again!!! Omg! If I could've reached through the phone!!!
Pizza is always hot. Don’t usually wait too long at the drive up window. Service is good!
Disappointing service every time. There was a good server here, a young lady, whom I haven't seen in a while. You'll sit in the lobby forever to get waited on, even after speaking to a server. When we nicely let the employee, a young man, know we were there, he rudely asked my boyfriend if we had read the sign upon entering that says please seat yourselves. First off, there isn't one at the entrance we came in, second, we've stood there by the sign before and were ignored. I didn't say anything because I don't want my food spit it and the little creep looked like exactly the type to do it. Never again.
The pizzas were both great. Would prefer bone-in wings. They have a much better flavor.
What I order online would be great if I actually got it. I asked for extra sauce and did not receive it. Also the cheese that you put on the pizza is very light
