We are visiting Myrtle beach and have been ordering Pizza Hut for years while coming here! Called last night for a delivery order they said it would be about 30 minutes. About 45 mins went by so I called just to see where it was. They lady I spoke to on the phone told me I have no order and she had no idea where it was. I told her what I ordered, who I talked to and how we had paid. She was like well I don’t know what to tell you you have no order. I then asked to speak to a manager so I could find where our food was and she hung up on me. I attempted to call back and they hung up on me again. My husband then called and they also hung up on him. Our pizza did show up about 5 mins later, I let the delivery guy know that they had told us we didn’t know an order, he laughed and said well here it is! The customer service was absolutely rude.

I called to order a pizza for pickup. I guess they were too busy to answer the phone so the call went through to their call center. I ordered a large pan supreme. I went to pick it up and paid $21 for the pizza plus a $3 tip.They gave me the pizza and I went to the car. I opened the lid to find a large pepperoni and sausage pizza. No worries, I thought, it was probably an honest mistake. So I took the pizza back in and showed them. Their response to me was, bwe are out of onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Ok, what? But you charged me for a supreme and didn't bother to let me know. I asked to speak to the manager who obviously didn't care to understand the issue. She acted like it was my fault!Finally she reluctantly agreed to credit my card back some money, but it didn't happen.I guess she just lied to get me out of the restaurant.What a sorry manager. It's a shame someone with that attitude would be in a managerial position. Needless to say, I'll never go back!

Absolutely horrible. Don't waste your time or money ordering from here.picked up the order and the girls at the front didn't have time to wait on anyone they were to busy on there phones and eating their food from Sonic. pizza was very poor quality under cooked and no toppings A frozen Red Baron would have been better and much cheaper. Spent $50 on 3 pizzas. will not go back to this place and they acted like that was fine with them. I would try Domino's or Papa John's before going here.

Google won't update its website. This place is takeout only. No more lunch buffet. Moved out of the hut into a box.

I go here once a week and my food is always good and hot. Cashier always has good customer service.

Fast delivery, food was hot think I just lost my taste for Pizza Hut though just isn’t the same no more. Idk if it’s the sauce or what something is just missing though

If I could have given no stars, I would have. I spent more than $88 dollars at this location. They delivered part of the food. I told the driver that he did not bring me all my food. He commented that he would bring it back. They close the restaurant, would not answer the phone and my family was not able to eat. Mind you I was feeding my grandchildren who are all under the age of 9. Every bad for business and believe me, I will never order or recommend anyone to order from this place. Your hurting for employees at this rate y’all be hurting for customers also. All I want is my money back. Bad thing I have the driver a great tip.

These guys make pizza very tasty. Well done.
