My husband and I had given up on Pizza Hut a few years back due to them changing their sauce. We decided to give them another try about a month ago. We can't seem to get enough! The pizza that we have been receiving from South Kings has been phenomenal!! It has always been hot and fresh even with delivery. And we haven't even had to wait more then 15 minutes for delivery!
I was at my condo (Anderson Ocean Club and Spa) on vacation. My grandmother has cancer to the point where it is not curable, but manageable for now. This condition causes her a lot of problems such as problems walking, back pain, and more. My grandfather stopped to let our whole group out and one of their delivery drivers were behind us. At this place there is only Valet and it is basically one lane. There was an SUV blocking but my grandmother couldn’t walk from as far behind as we were. So he pulled up and stopped to let her out of the car closer to the door and the driver behind us started cussing and saying “Oh come on!” So my aunt and I calmly told him that she has cancer and to be patient. It did work but it was extremely rude and shows their bad customer service. I wouldn’t go to this establishment and I would give them zero stars if I could.
I was told during the week of Thanksgiving that the large super supreme pizza that was horribly made would. be replaced. I left for florida for business and just returned mid January. I talked to the manager who was supposed to research it and call me nacl. It has now been 2 weeks and have not heard from the manager nor have the pizza replaced
This is our 1st and last time ordering from this Hut!Pizza was greasy ( u could see it seeping in the box! Our pizza/ wings was 39 bucks and the huzman gave an 8 dollar tip!And no napkins were in the bag! We were in town and staying at Comfort Suite on Frontage Rd. Never ever again!
My experience was easy online ordering. I picked up the pizza and it was ready on time. Easy pick up from the restaurant. The Super Supreme Pan Pizza had plenty of toppings and was well cooked. Good Job!
We recommend cooking the pizza through. It was so doughy we couldn’t eat it. The cheese in the center wasn’t even melted. All my years this has never happened. We ask that they not rush. Everyone makes mistakes, no one’s perfect. Slow down and make quality food. We ourselves feel like we flushed $35 down the pot.
I got the wrong pizza, and it was a hour and a half early. I scheduled it at 6:30 for a reason. I ordered ham, pepperoni, and pineapple. I got chicken, ham, green peppers, and pineapple.
Food typical pizza hut unfortunately they can't ever seem to get it right. Called to tell them they made a mistake for the 100th time abs the manager had the audacity to say their constant ineptitude is my fault refused to correct issues. Won't order again. Better pizza & wings all over myrtle anyway. ??
