Today me and my wife came to eat here and the food was amazing the staff out of this world . Josh the manager can by our table to make sure we are having a great experience. I told him it was amazing here . I would also like to say watching the staff and how they work together was amazing. As a owner of a business myself . I love to see great Management and staff . While I was eating I watched the manger Josh work right beside his staff cleaning . Even cleaning the floors . It takes an amazing manager to do what he does. He wants to work with his staff and show them the respect that he is there for them . Wedy was our server and she was amazing. Never had to ask for anything, it was offered or done before . Great place and great service and amazing food !!!!

I had never eaten at a Paula Deen restaurant, so while visiting family we decided to give this one a try. Well, let me just say, I was not impressed a bit. I have eaten better fried chicken at a buffet in a small town close to where I live. The pot roast was bearable, as was the broccoli salad. The creamy potatoes was the best thing we had on our table. The tomato cucumber salad had so much vinegar, my husband choked on it. They were going to change that out for us, but never brought out the creamy corn. We got the banana pudding and peach cobbler which were both good. We waited over an hour and they must have been short staffed because everything was really slow coming out. I was totally unimpressed with the food, the service and the price is astronomical! I couldn’t eat $25 worth of food if it was great, much less food I consider to be low grade. Well now I know that Paula Deen, is just a name. I would give a star rating of -5.

Great service and very friendly employees.

good size portions of food, great customer service and tasty food.

I have to give one because it makes me. The food was COLD. The fried chicken was cold and had sat there. The banana pudding had rotten bananas. The cucumbers were floppy and mushy. My husband got a manager that just couldn't believe her ears and said she helped make the banana pudding herself that morning. There you go. That morning. This was already evening and the bananas were black. My husband told her if she believes in it so much to take a bite. We expected more from such a famous name. I'm sure if Paula Deen knew she'd be there real fast with fresh food. I wouldn't want my famous name on that food that was served. Cold and gross.

We go here every time we're in Myrtle Beach. Excellent food!

Great Food Amazing Staff!

My son wanted to eat their for his birthday. We ate there on Wednesday night. Not impressed at all. Felt I was eating leftovers that were not heated up enough. One of our main meal choices chicken and dumpling was served in a small bowl/cup. In the past did something for your birthday for your meal. Now just a signed picture of Paula Dean. For $28.95 plus $4.95 for peach tea per persons could of gotten better food for less some where else. Server was good but didn’t appreciate turning the Christmas tree lights off and cleaning around us while we were eating. In the non tourist season should give locals discounts. Will not be eating there in the future

I'm from NYC, the diverse food capital of the world and I was really looking forward to trying some Southern goodness from Ms. Paula Deen's Restaurant but an epic fail. Maybe it's the time of year that I attended....I'm guessing they save their best chefs for peak season. I tried the location in Myrtle Beach in November...To begin, the hostess wasn't too happy when we requested seating closer to the view. It seemed like a task to make that slight adjustment for us. When she finally seated us and she realized that her attitude was so poor, she ended up saying, "Have a nice day", to redeem herself. Our waiter was very polite! No complaints there. We ordered the southern fried chicken (very dry & burnt taste), beef pot roast (very bitter taste), chicken and dumpling (not sure, didn't try it), white rice(ok I guess), tomato & cucumber salad (very acidic...too much VINEGAR)-how do you mess up salad?!?, cole slaw (mom said it was okay). The food did not hit the spot. It was aweful! I hate leaving negative reviews but I have to honest about my experience. The ambience was impeccable as to why I give two stars. I hope your experience is better than mine!

The food was good and it was certainly plentiful. It's served family style and they'll bring more of whatever you want. The servers were very friendly and helpful. It's absolutely worth eating here.
