Don’t order delivery if you are hungry. You get my drift. They deserve no stars
Ordered pizza that never got delivered. No one would answer phone at the store. I will personally go and speak with someone today.
The fact that you won’t deliver to hotels is ridiculous. Like the amount of business you’re not gonna get because of that is outrageous. Start delivering and your business will boom. Do better
We ordered online 3/10/2022 while on vacation. The name of my establishment populated after I entered the address. That's how I know it was no error of my own. The delivery driver said that the addresses are mirrored on the north and south side of time, so there is often a mix up with online orders going to the wrong Papa John's. That being said, we had to drive 40 minutes across town to pick up our order because of a mistake that had nothing to do with us. I called and asked for a discount fot the inconvenience. The manager would not even come to the phone. He had one of the little girls to mediate. She kept saying it was nothing they could do for us. Finally, he said we would settle it when we got there. Once we got there, same story! He wouldn't even come talk to me. He kept sending the little girl up front to say "they had done all they could do." All they had done was remove my delivery fee!!!!! After demanding that the manager come talk to me, (he still didn't) they finally gave me $5 off. The delivery guy was the nicest person here. Terrible establishment. No professionalism. They don't even try to help or understand what happened.

Watched our pizza/cheese sticks being made tonight. Man preparing our food cares about quality. Our food looked like the commercials. Girl cutting and boxing didn't quite cut through the food entirely, and boxed the wrong sauce. Counter help was nice.
4.8 miles and they don't do delivery: where do they deliver to, next door?Trying to place an order for pickup was a disaster: the advertised menu is different from what the agent tried to push at me. I guess we will be dijornoing tonight. Saddened, my husband and I got Papa John's (in Mount Airy, NC...great service) for the 1st time in a long time and was looking forward to again, but alas...
