Rapid pick up is a WASTE OF TIME!!!!!! Ordered meal with a pick up time 20 minutes later. I was late arriving 15 min after pickup time, order still wasn’t ready. I then waited an additional 30 minutes. About 5 other people were also waiting on rapid pick up orders one person asked for refund another was a Uber that the driver said had been waiting 30 minutes. They offered no explanations, were far from apologetic simply didn’t respect customers.

Recently ordered from this location and food was good. I ordered a Greek chicken salad which was missing the chicken. I called and was told that I could return and have my order remade or a refund. When i returned 2 days later on our way back home I was told by assistant manager Kay Andrews that my name was not in the book and there was nothing she could do for me. At this time I was about to spend another $40. I have been a manager at a fast food restaurant and I know that I would have never treated a customer that way. I left the store ut then realized that I was going to report a complaint. When I went back in the store she was so proud to give me her name. Well here it is Kim Andrews hope your store manager sits you down and writes you up. Have a good day.
We have tried twice to go get bagels for breakfast and both times the didn’t have what we wanted… the first time they had a choice of 2-3 types, this morning we called about 1/2 way there and the girls said the only ones available was the everything bagel. What? It’s Panera BREAD? How do you not have your specialties… we went to the Bagel Factory both times after that, what a shame!
I ordered a single bagel with chive and onion cream cheese. First they didn’t have cream cheese then the made me sit at the curbside pickup for this bagel and I never got it. It’s a bagel that they don’t even spread the cream cheese on. I was furious. Horrible and I won’t be back.
I've been waiting to try that broccoli and chicken teriyaki bowl it tasted good I liked the flavor but I don't know what was up with the rice it's like It might have gotten dried out on the edges and they just mixed it up. Then you take a bite of it you still get them crunchy rice pieces, that's not good I didn't like that. They need to do something about protecting that rice from drying out.
Deceptive pricing All the nice prices on posters coming in with reasonable lunch offerings. Then you order and find out price is much different than expected. Last visit to this chain restaurant!
Food was good . The service not so much . Had to wait at the front counter for someone to take our order. Quite a few people had to wait for the her also. The bathroom was dirty and quite a few things were broken in both the mens and woman's bathroom. They also were having problems making coffee. I waited at least 20 min for dark roast to be made . Other people were waiting for coffee also.
On Sat. 1/15/2022 at approx. 5:45 PM received two, 1/2-turkey sandwiches (with soups, being pretty good) that each 1/2-sandwich had only one slice of turkey cold cut, & no tomato. Needless to say, were ghosts of the website picture of a turkey sandwich.
Spent $28 on take out with no drinks.Fontega chicken sandwich, no onions and bowl of chicken noodle soup w/bread and half tuna salad. Got home...onions all over the Fontega chicken and no bread. So ended up paying $28 for soup and half a sandwich. No intention of returning to this place.
