Stopped in to get some chicken noodle soup as I had been a bit under the weather. A delightful person at the drive-through, Nicole from NY, helped me feel better with her cheery attitude and funny quips. I love Panera and Nicole makes it all the more better

This used to be perfect for me. I always go in the morning when I get off my shift. I order the egg white avacado spinach sandwich. Used to, when you bit into it, I got a rush of avacado and could taste the egg white. The last few times I've gone, barely any avacado, paper thin smaller eggwhite, and today, the tomato was only the outside ring. There was an abundance of little spinach leaves though. I am sad to say that I am not going to Panera any longer. Today was the last. When you are ordering a sandwich that lists ingredients that make you want to buy it, at least focus on those ingredients. :(

Last time ever at this location. Sat at the drive thru for THIRTY minutes while the car in front of me tried to get his order filled correctly. When I ordered, I was told that the first 3 things I requested were “out” or had to be substituted. No excuse for this lack of service. No wonder there were NO customers in the restaurant and NO other cars in line.

My daughter was in tears after she dropped her cookie on the floor. Thank goodness they replaced it. We had a very nice meal!!! Great place!!!!

Just love the lunch choices and freshness of Paneras! Enjoyed lunch with the girls so much that we returned in less than a week! The broccoli cheese soup is delicious! The half soup/sandwich deals are wonderful! And the pastries................. omg! The only thing that needs to be addressed is that they need more staff at the counter.

Disappointed! Hadn't been to Panera in awhile and was looking forward to it. Two you pick 2's $30+ my soup Wes just some chicken and broth a sliver or two carrots. The salad had so much dressing I couldn't finish it. I'm done. One of the soups was 4.99 the other 6.19 my half salad 7.79.

Grilled cheese with tomato soup & a baguette. Excellent! Use to baguette to clean up the left over soup. It reminded me of cleaning the spaghetti sauce off the plate hmmm good.

The food is good..staff friendly...my only wish is they would have more vegetarian options..also the prices are a bit high but the food is always good

Soon to be merging with Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bagels, Panera Bread has lost their healthy shine. Slipping more into a fast food format, gone are the days of paninis and many other items. Lesser items on the menu, more that are processed and lacking in creativity. But prices still continue to rise. I ventured out and tried their new concoction of stacked Grilled Mac and Cheese sandwich with added bacon and a side of their wild rice soup. Simple, cheesy mac, room temperature at best, with a mixture of fontina and mozzarella cheese blend and parmesan crisps. Served on their toasted thick-sliced Classic White, rustic Miche bread. Overall texture and taste doable. Their Traditional wide rice soup certainly is not made from scratch, but still warms the heart and fills the belly. Thick, flavorful with plenty of ingredients. Their chunk of side bread is chewy and an added plus to dunking in the soup. Limited seating inside and outdoor patio, weather permitting. Restaurant is clean and line staff friendly.
