Poor guy at the window was polite. But seemed he was doing his best but had little to no help. Ordered from the window but didn't get soy sauce so I went in. Was ignored until I loudly asked for help. Someone literally walked by me standing there and I spoke to them and they didn't even acknowledge me. Two stars only for drive through guy. Zero for in house service. Food was lackluster at best.
Standard Panda food. We like the food. Kinda non-descript boring interior. Soda machine works, but the iced tea dispenser doesn't work. There have been big negative changes due to the pandemic & one is that they have supply chain issues, so often this store & other Pandas don't have certain food items or other stuff. At least their music track is good & they didn't have the AC blasting on full this time. They do that at this store regardless of outside temperature. It's a waste of energy & it makes it annoying after a while to sit there .
I really REALLY enjoy the food here. The option to get 1/2 rice and 1/2 super greens for your side, is like a dream come true, and the chicken and shrimp are all very flavorful. If you like soy sauce though, ask for EXTRA bc you only get 1 packet per plate by default.
In the last 4 trips I've taken to Panda Express, I haven't been able to order Beijing Beef a single time. One of those times they were closed during normal business hours -- the other 3 times they were "all out" of Beijing beef - arguably their best dish (and 1 of only like 6 dishes total). Seems like a horrible way to business and I won't waste any more time trying to go there when they won't bother to even carry Beijing beef.
I would not recommend. The price was fair to the portion size, but that was about the only good thing. The staff did seem attentive, however we ordered to go and there was no line or other customers.The food: definitely not worth it. The rice tasted like cardboard and the noodles were dry. The teriyaki chicken wasn’t bad, good flavor, just a little fatty... the beef and broccoli, was pretty much just broccoli. The honey sesame chicken must have been sitting out for a while, it was also dry. The Angus steak and black pepper wasn’t bad but has lots of curry/spice in it so be ware lol.
I've eaten here numerous times in the past and those experiences would have rated 4 stars. For a fast food restaurant everything was good. However, this time, due solely to the server, Ava, I am rating it one star. This person has no idea how to properly handle food and its containers. She picked up my food container by placing her dirty fingers on the inside. She had just left the cash register and did not wash her hands or put on gloves before sticking her fingers inside my container. Had I not been in a rush, I would have educated the staff then and there. Instead, I just handed the food off to the next bum I passed begging for food. It will be quite some time before I return. Should you go, watch how your items are handled.
Stop for the 3rd time this month to try to get dinner and they never have the product I don't know why they just don't close up.. Ended up going over the noodles and got everything I needed
If there was zero stars I would give this establishment it. We were the only customers there. They definitely were down items approaching noon. No communication to the one poor cook was being told what needed to be cooked. We waited 30mins to get our food. And all they gave us was 3 coupons for our next visit. What they should've done is refunded our money at that point. I would never return to this location. It was the worst experience I could have ever had at a place.
This is the first time in months the food was correct and everything was available. The orange chicken wasn't so hot you couldn't eat it.This place is much better than the one in North Myrtle.
When the food is good it’s great but to often like tonight we got our orders and the food taste like sitting in the line cooking all day. It’s burnt, dry and tasteless. Staff needs to be trained how long to keep food out and when to get rid of it. Just horrible tonight.
