nice people and the food was good
Delicious traditional diner breakfast at a great price. Less than $10/person and my son had an egg biscuit for only 2 bucks! We went early after watching the sunrise and although staffing was minimal before 8am Angela did a great job with service and the food came out quickly. Recommend the French toast.
Our waitress Angela was so much fun and she took great care of us. She joked and played and still got everything right! So funny! Definitely coming here again
This place was amazing, great staff, everyone was very friendly. I got the pan American deluxe omelette and the 2 pancakes. The pancakes were absolutely to die for and the omelette was really good. This place also offered us hot maple syrup which I have never heard of so we took up on that offer and wasn't disappointed, it was great. And the coffee was great, it had like a little pecan/nut taste and it was very good. Thus 5/5?
we were leaving from our trip at Myrtle Beach. Stephanie was a wonderful waitress. 10/10 would recommend
We both were in Myrtle Beach visited this restaurant for 3 consecutive days. Our waitress was Stephanie, she was amazing all three times. We just want the staff to continue to praise her as she is a precious jewel
Came here Easter Sunday for breakfast. We got sat right away which was great considering all the other places that morning being an hour or more wait. The service was great the waitress offered suggestions and the food was good. We ordered the pancakes and French toast. I’d definitely bring my family of 6 back next time we visit.
Food was good like always... But I had a bad experience today. My Waitress is either a family member of the owner or the other employees are scared of her... She had no manners to talk to her co-workers she even told the lady on the register ( shut up I'm not talking to you) in front of customers. She was totally hi.... Or drunk. She closed her eyes every now and then. ... and made loooong pauses when taking our order. She forgot the bread, the water and the coffee.. I had to walk to the register with out my receipt because she forgot that too ... This review is just to let owner know that other employees notice her as well as customers. PLEASE DON'T LET THIS LADY WORK LIKE THAT because customers most of the time are on family vacation and walk in your rest with kids..
This was my first time there with family. I'll let you know ahead of time that I'm lactose intolerant. Somehow, that baffles a lot of people. I always tell the staff when I order, which I did so here.I ordered the meat lovers omelette with no cheese. It came with grits and toast or with pancakes, or swap those for potatoes at an upcharge.Food came out pretty quick, however my grits had a puddle of what looked like butter in the center and the toast also had butter on it which I asked for without "butter". I asked about it, the manager or owner overheard and said our grits have milk in them. What?! I have eaten grits many places and have never known them to have milk in them when they're served. So, i was forced to take the potatoes which must have already been made because they were out to me in under a minute. They didn't have a very pleasant taste to them, and they were very bland. The omelette was okay, it wasnt hot, but warm. It was full of ham, bacon and sausage and was cooked about normal. Oh yeah, my toast, I had to ask for it three or four times before I finally received it, even after asking the manager for it. I doubt I'll be back when visiting MB again. Usually mom and pop restaurants are better at service and food, but I've had better food and service from chain restaurants, which really shocks me.I finished and went to pay. I was never compensated for the mess up and the lady at the counter then proceeded to charge me the credit card fee even though I was paying with cash! I caught it and she seemed upset by my mentioning of it. Then, when I received my change, she still didn't give me enough back.I cant recommend this place. One thing to note: many places here in Myrtle Beach just pass on the credit card fees to the customer, so be prepared to pay that when visiting.
