this was the outback that disappointed me,my steK was more than half fat, my potato was cold and when I asked for the vegetable of the day the waiter said asparagus and broccoli, or medley. my grandson ordered the asparagus and when the check came we were charged for the asparagus. he didn't tell us it was extra for the asparagus. I told the manager about the steak and the asparagus and he credited back 12.00.
Great dinner! Our server Grace was awesome! She made sure we had everything we needed! Steak was great, perfectly cooked! Try the steak dip, good flavor and a little peppery bite. Good portion sizes specially for the kids meals. Thank you, Grace for the great and friendly service!
Australian-themed restaurant chain offering the likes of juicy steaks, sammie’s and specialty burgers, steakhouse potatoes, soups, sides and salads and a full service bar. Casual, laidback interior dimly lit with high back, padded booths. The Outback is known for its daily lunch and drink specials and that is how I came about ordering the Outback center-cut sirloin with Aussie fries. Drinks arrived with their traditional, warm mini-loaf brown bread that is sweet, soft with a chewy texture. A side of lightly sweet butter accompanies it. My sirloin, about 6 ounces, came perfectly grilled with just a hint of pink in the middle. A reasonable cut of meat, nicely seasoned. Aussie fries were a thicker, rough cut style of fries that were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Service was friendly and efficient. Good food at a reasonable price.
Just had lunch with my family and I have to say that Addison provided the best service I've had in a long time and I am a server myself. She was on point and very attentive. She was amazing! Food was great also. I was just especially impressed with the quality of service. I would request her everytime!!!!
Food and service is great but whatever you do don’t sit next to the kitchen. All through our meal we had to listen to this one girl scream “CORNER” every time she entered and exited the kitchen. It got so annoying. We come here all the time and it’s always the same couple of employees. All of them don’t do it so I don’t think it’s a rule. Don’t know if they have had an employee crash or not but maybe Outback can invest in separate in/out doors so diners can enjoy their meals without hearing “CORNER!” every 10 seconds. ??
I actually eat at this Outback even though there is one closer to my home. That's how much I like it. I was there tonight, sat at the bar, and the bartenders Sam and Taylor were superb. It was busy tonight, but the bartenders were engaging and fast. As for the steak, well....nutritionfacts.org claims that red meat eaters live about 20% shorter lives than non- meat eaters. The steak I had tonight at this Outback was well worth the 20% decrease in life expectancy. Done exactly the way I prefer. Seriously though, great location, and always worth the drive.
The food at Outback is wonderful. I get the rib eye with the coconut shrimp. The shrimp is delicious and the steak is always cooked perfectly! This time I ordered the loaded mashed potato ... great!! Love the bread and the house salad too. I still have enough for tomorrow! Great value ?
My wife and I eat here a couple times a month for several years now. The last three trips have been awful. Not as far as service goes, but in quality. I posted a couple pictures here to give you an idea. This is a "medium ribeye". No exaggeration, 60% of it is not edible and the other half is an oozing rare-border medium rare, legit cold. The picture isnt some fat content, its a gristle, tendon, rubberband. Disgusting. Last week it was the same situation but we were in the restaurant and could remedy it.
I live near this location and have eaten here often. Had a "takeaway" order for 25 people yesterday and the order was correct, food was packed well, and everything tasted great. Everyone enjoyed their meals. In these times with inconsistent service and quality at restaurants, it's good to see when restaurants get it done the right way. Staff was very helpful as well.
