I used the app to order the Buffalo Mac n Cheese for window pickup. The app is simple to navigate and very straight forward. Ordering was simple and painless. My order was ready within minutes so thankfully I was sitting in the parking lot waiting. When I pulled up I was quickly greeted with a smile. I was asked my name and immediately handed my order. I pulled to the back parking lot and parked. I opened my paper bag to find 2 napkins a sturdy plastic fork and my to go container. The presentation was suitable for the dish I ordered and looked very appealing. First I tried the parm crusted chicken... it was cold ? the flavor was less like parm chicken and more like seafood. Then I tried the Mac and cheese the flavor was good the pasta was warm but not hot. The flavor combo isn’t my favorite... perhaps next time I will try it with just grilled chicken ??♀️Speed: ?Convenience: ?Presentation: ?Cost: 9Temperature: 45Flavor: 60Overall NOT my favorite dish. Cold chicken on warm pasta was a real disappointment.
Very tasty
The first of Noodles and Company comes to South Carolina by opening its doors in Myrtle Beach. Being a fan favorite of this chain back in our home state, we decided to stop in for dinner. The idea came to conception in 1995 with simply introducing fast food made fresh. Creative dishes designed with flavors from around the world to down home local fare made with authentic ingredients. From World Flavors to Italian Classics, Asian Bowls to Mac Pacs, Zoodles (zucchini noodles) to Cauliflower Noodles there is a bowl waiting for you. Soups, salads and even some sweet treats. One of my regulars is the Pad Thai, with rice noodle stir-fry with scrambled egg, napa and red cabbage, citrus, peanuts and cilantro. Sweet but with a hint of heat. Most dishes do not come with a source of protein, but one can pay for an add on and the Parmesan-crusted chicken (or grilled chicken) do compliment this dish. Meals were prepared in a timely manner and came piping hot. Quantity got me bringing home leftovers and quality certainly will have me coming back.
I have went several times before leaving a review hoping it would improve. I was genuinely excited about this place before it opened. There is so much potential here! Each time I have went I have had unpleasant experiences. Seems like the staff are nice but need more training. The food is pricey and that wouldn’t be such an issue if the experience met that price point. I only got a few little pieces of chicken in my bowl. It tastes pretty good and that’s why I am giving two stars. Like I said, potential.Last time I was there we waited for our food for 30 minutes and the whole time it smelled heavily of oil and was smoky and hot in the dining room. We actually packed up our food and took it home to eat it instead.I hope someone can start to manage this place right because it will not make it if it continues this way! The other reviews are starting to show that!
So yummy! I am gluten free and it was sooooo amazing plus two kiddos also approve!!
The employees are nice but the food is not worth the money in taste or portion. A bowl of regular noodles NO protein is almost $9. The noodles are dry af extra sauce is $1 and they're skimpy with the toppings. The first time I ordered was fast the second time I ordered online when I got to the pick up window they had me pull to a spot 10min after my food was supposed to be ready I had to call them to ask them to bring my food out after waiting past the time it was supposed to be ready the noodles were burnt. It's also the first restaurant I've been to that puts whole stalks of clinatro without chopping to their Pad Thai
Sorry to say Noodles and Company are a bit overpriced and okay. Store is new so it’s very clean and neat. Noodles were under cooked and not much chicken. Staff was nice, menu was informative. I found it wasteful eat in orders were brought to table in brown bags. I do not recommend Noodles and Company as there are plenty of other places reasonable priced with better quality food.
I had the Japanese Pan Noodles. Thick noodles, cooked at al dente texture. Food was OK; I will try something with a thinner noodle next time. Employees very polite and friendly; order was completed within 5 minutes
Food was ok. I will come back to try something else. And maybe then I will give a better score. My Wisconsin Mac and cheese was not mixed well, cheese was all on top.
This was a long awaited visit, and we knew just what to order. Seeing how busy it was I almost lost interest but then I saw the pick up window! I ordered it good online with a wait time of 12 mind given. I grabbed a large shrimp scampi, Alfredo parmesan crusted chicken, and a large Mac n cheese. I got to the window 6 mins early. The window lady was so kind, had a stellar smile, and was quick to serve us. After 3 minds another great lady handed us our sealed and labeled bag of food with napkins and forks. Our food was great! With it being open a week I know the kitchen is still learning, and still not much I could think of bad with this place. Super cool and filling place for lunch. We will be back to try more fabulous noodles!
