How unfortunate. Nagano was our go-to japanese restaurant years ago. It has taken a sad turn. However, it might pass if you aren’t in the mood for japanese. The shrimp tasted like it was covered with Old Bay seasoning, not remotely japanese. The fried rice was bland. The white sauce was runny and left much to be desired. One bite of the cream cheese-only rangoon was more than enough. My daughter nor husband could eat much. What a shame.
Pretty good. Large portions for the cost. I got teriyaki chicken bowl and my only complaint is that the sauce is super thin, didn’t really stay on the chicken.
This is the WORST establishment I have ever come across in my life. The whole place stinks & the food made my whole house smell. The medium rare steak came out well done & you couldn’t even chew it. Noodles were hard & had NO flavor. The yum yum sauce literally tasted like watered down mayo.We went back to get a refund & they were waving a knife & yelling in a different language & told us to get out & never come back. I have never seen a place of business treat customers this way.I can’t even believe they have one good review on here!!! If I could give them a ZERO I would!SHUT THEM DOWN!!!
We asked for our steak to be all the way done and it was pink and the rice wasn’t cooked we got a steak bowl it wasn’t cooked a chicken bowl it wasn’t cooked and I got chicken wings and rice and it gave my whole family food poisoning DO NOT EAT HERE
Hate to be that one person, but the food was nasty. The chicken and steak have a weird seasoning and the steak tasted more like beef tips. The rice was okay, not much flavor. Hopefully i can give this place another chance in the future.
Chicken Teriyaki was good.next time I'll pay for double meat but for the money the portion was generous. I'll be back for sure
With each experience at this restaurant, we have always had piping hot/ fresh food. With the ability to order online or by phone, it is quite convenient. Definitely will recommend to out-of-town visitors.
