I'm tempted to give it one or 2 stars,but that's probably over exaggerating. This hotel was absolutely beautiful,we had a great room facing the ocean, and the room was like a mini apartment... Except the bed. You should never wake up in pain from your mattress being rock hard. It would've been more comfortable to sleep in the car, or on the floor. If it hadn't been for the bed I'd probably have given it 5 stars,but it ruined our weekend by ending it in pain!

I’ve been visiting Myrtle Because since the 80’s and it’s always remained on of my favorite places to visit every summer or during oyster season. I’m happy my kiddos can share the same experiences together! Sand, seafood, arcades and miniature golf you can’t go wrong!!!

I am on my deck now and not impressed or happy with the value. Overpriced for a dump. First night we had 1 blanket in the condo. I went the next day and they acted like no big deal. No apologies. The person next to me checking in was booked a studio apartment and had 4 kids and husband. The manager says oh you can't have that. You need a 2 bedroom 2 bath. We upgrade you. The day before I paid for early check inOur plane was delayed and we didn't get in til 2. I asked about a small $25 refund and she said NO. Your room was ready at noon. Please see pics and does this look ready. Fyi stove handle on outside burnt my hand. Due to the fact it's extremely old and shouldn't be getting that hot on the outside. No pot holders. Security does nothing for the bikers blaring at 2am voting in. Thos place is not clean nor kept up. Unless your in the ocean view.

Absolutely a GREAT place. I've been taking a group of 12 golfers here for over 10 years. Rooms are great! The beach bar, Quarterdeck, is lots of fun. Michael and his staff are friendly, attentive and serve great drinks and food. Bobby Dean, who hosts Karaoke nightly is very professional and entertaining. We always have a great time and would go nowhere else! See you all next May for more fun. Keep up the great work!!

You'd be better off going to a Super8 Motel.The hotel is listed as having everything ready to go, but my unit didn't have enough dishes, had no dish soap to clean the few that were there, and only 1 roll of toilet paper.Guest services favorite phrase is "buy it yourself." They wouldn't even give us an extra roll of toilet paper.The facilities are par for a resort, nothing special, but the beach was nice.Finding parking over memorial day was a nightmare, but I expect that it is fine during normal travel times.Overall:the rooms were nice excluding lacking some items. The service was complete garbage, but the location was pretty nice.

The positive about this property is proximity to the beach. Outside of that I would not recommend staying here.The resort and unit we stayed in were extremely rundown. While it appeared some updates were being made our unit was not one of them. It was in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and an update to furniture and bedding to provide for a comfortable stay. We struggled with the locks on our unit door and while the resort said it was secure, the grounds and buildings were easily accessible from the beach by anyone.The pools were not heated over spring break - so cold they were unusable and the lazy river/water park was not open. Very disappointing as these were key draws for our stay.We wound up leaving the resort early in search of the family vacation we were hoping for.I would highly recommend researching other properties before booking here.

Our room had a beautiful view—awesome!! However, our unit (401) was extremely dated and absolutely filthy. We were disappointed but also know that it is difficult to find workers to clean and prepare for the next guests. We literally went out and purchased cleaner to sanitize and re-clean. The price was right, but a cleaning fee should be reimbursed. Thanks.

Terrible customer service!! I normally never leave bad reviews but the customer service at this place is by far the worst I've ever seen. The manager was completely rude every time we had to interact with her. They didn't even magnetize our room key on one of our keys and so we were completely locked out of our room after returning from the pool. So my family and I had to walk all the way to the office in our wet bathing suits to find that the office was closed (which was fine) so we had to get the gatekeeper to phone security since we had left our phones in our rooms. To make a long story short, the manager had told us when we had checked in that if we lose our keys we would have to pay $100 to be let back in. Well since we had to be let in we were afraid we would have to pay the fee even though it was not our fault since we had our keys but one didn't work. So upon going to the office this morning to get a new key for the one that didn't work, we had to go through the manager arguing with us that we weren't who we really were and that some other family was booked. Needless to say, she had the dates mixed up and was still unapologetic and basically told us that she should have been notified that we were locked out last night because she is the manager and she normally deals with that sort of thing. And so my husband asked to make sure we weren't going to be charged and she said no we wouldn't be charged the $100 since she didn't have to come out. But that is ridiculous! You should not have to pay $100 charge to be locked out of your room when it is their fault that they did not give us a working key in the first place!!!

I booked (Booking.com) the oceanfront I got a parkway view they wouldn't even change it. They claim it was an arrow but anytime you have an error you should appease the customer. I said I'f it's a different in price I will pay, she said 'no' this is your room. We are booked!

This was booked for a family vacation 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, which is what we got. However this is probably the worst place we have stayed in, in 20 years.my expectations are not unreasonable. Nice helpful staff, clean room with everything working. We got to the room and it must not have been checked before our arrival as the cable didn’t work for 3 days, there was a light fixture on the ground, carpet was in awful shape. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels..ok no big deal right? No, we reached out to the staff she was very rude when we asked for help, she stated she didn’t care. 2 stars is honestly being nice.
