Ice Cream Shop Ice Cream

Waited in line for 20 minutes just to be ignored and have the customers behind us place their order before us. We spent 55 minutes and $22 for 2 ice creams that were okay. My main complaint is the lack of customer service and organization. The place wasn’t busy and we were ignored. We waited a significant amount of time for over priced ice cream that was subpar.

Dragon Breath here is the best price for what you get anywhere on the boardwalk. Was able to divide there serving between 5 kids without any of them feeling "ripped off".

We were so excited to find rolled ice cream since the place we usually go closed. This was terrible. Over $10 per cup. Definitely tastes more like ice milk and not cream. Turned to slush within a minute of walking outside. The only base options are vanilla and chocolate. Definitely will not return.

10.99 for 1 ice cream with two mixing and some toppings. Plus they do not clean in between making the ice creams so if you have an peanut allergy I especially don’t recommend. Service was ok but we did have to wait 20 minutes for ice cream when there was only one person in front of us.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Lady at register was beyond rude and unhelpful. We visited first week of April 2022 because it was recommended by a friend. We walked in and were looking at the menu board for a minute and register lady said to us "you want something or not?". We asked her if the ice cream was gluten-free and she answered very rudely "nah". We asked if there was wheat or something in the ice cream or if there was a list of ingredients and she just said "nothing in here is gluten free". It was our 14 year old's birthday and she was so sad she couldn't have anything. I don't know if the ice cream has gluten in it or not, but that lady sure didn't want to help us find out. Beyond rude she was!

We came here and got 3 scoops of rolled ice cream and a dragons breath and our total came out to be $50. I am so very mad. $50 for 3 cups of ice cream and a cup of dragons breath, which all melted the second we walked out of the store. Not only that, many of their ingredients were out and many other ingredients weren’t listed on the menu. $50 dollars is outrageous. Not only that, they added an additional fee (tips??) which was 3.99% for extremely overpriced and mediocre ice cream and dragons breath, which were just stale fruity pebble puffs.

Overpriced and poor quality. $10.99 for 1 ice cream base with 2 mix-ins and 1 topping. The ice cream is a very watery milk and sugar mixture and some of the toppings are synthetic (ie strawberries). None of the pricing info is available online (the website routes to a vegetable spring rolls ordering site) nor in store. The workers do not explain what you're getting, they just start charging you for the ice cream right after entering the shop. Not worth the price even if it's the only "ice cream" store still open.

Please save your time and money! This people said they were open and when we came in, they told us we were the last people they were going to take! We were trying to order and they told us they couldn’t make our orders! So RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Love the ice cream. Jate the winter hours aren't posted. Paid 7$ to park for this amazing ice cream and they were closed.

The ice cream was decent just a little too milky. Your able to add what you want to the rolled ice cream which is a plus and they give a decent amount.
