On July 17, 2022 at approximately 4pm, I was very disappointed with the seafood boil I received at Moe Moon’s. A person within my party did begin to crack/eat the lobster that came with the dish before I could ask to substitute the dish for something else. I offered to pay for the lobster and return the rest of the dish for something else. I was denied per the manager says “Jordan.” I do believe that was his name (black male, 5’8, late 20s). $37 for a dish I did not eat/want, refusal to change out the dish for something else and I also was refused a refill on my frozen drink I ordered. I asked “Jordan” since I paid $37 for a seafood boil I didn’t want/couldn’t exchange, if the restaurant could at least provide a refill to my drink (non alcoholic beverage) for the inconvenience. I ordered the pictured drink without alcohol (virgin). “Jordan” once again said “The manager said No.” I never spoke to the manager myself. At the point, I was fed up with the service and left after paying a $92 bill. The other person in my party ordered a Philly cheese steak w/fries. I ordered the seafood boil and virgin drink. 3 items on the menu cost $92 and I didn’t get to eat anything. I did not eat due to the dissatisfaction of my food (seafood); refusal to exchange. I will never visit Moe Moon’s establishment again. Moe Moon’s establishment obviously doesn’t care about the patrons. Do better!
Food was average. The most disappointing thing was we paid $32.99 for a fishbowl that barely had an alcohol in it. Don’t waste your money. Plus they automatically add 18% gratuity.
We went to Moe Moon's with a large party of 19. Moe & Company were able to accommodate us, Thank you. We had 11 kids & 8 adults, The kids were fed until they were full & the service was good. Thank you Moe Moon's
Food was ok fish nice portion but too bland however the shrimp tacos were good. Was not aware they added 18% tip to bill which was ok since waitress was attentive but would have been nice to know upfront
The staff were very nice. We ordered take-out and the bartender working it was very nice and friendly. While I understand that according to him there were newer people working the kitchen, it kind of hurts to pay $30+ for two sets of the fajita tacos missing half of the ingredients from their menu listing. ?
Getting my fish bowl on..server was very accommodating helping me pick out my fish bowl and have been waiting for this all summer
Moe’s is always amazing! They have delicious food and spectacular drinks!! If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out. Make sure you grab a fish bowl when you go!
Very pricey for what you get. Even when they are packed, no to very little wait. Plenty of seating inside and out. Great service although bar drinks and food take a while to come out.I would recommend the pineapple drinks - especially the shark attack (will stain your lips blue but totally worth it!). I didn't enjoy many of their lemon-lime soda based drinks bc that's all I tasted, and I'm not usually a soda drinker at all.The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious and definitely worth it. The dirty nachos flavors of pineapple salsa and chili just didn't match up nicely for me. FYI sour cream will run you a dollar extra.Also be aware there is a mandatory gratuity automatically added to the bill, and the servers ask you to consider tipping more. It didn't stop me from coming daily, but it is worth noting if you are trying to budget and decide on a place to eat. ?♀️
Chili cheese fries were great! Kettle chips were also tasty. Moe burger was missing a sauce.. normal condiments weren't it. Like a chipotle mayo or something would have kicked it up. A little pricey for lunch, but thats subjective. Friendly staff and pretty quick service. Beach front dining, what more could you ask for?
Moe Moon's was good, the waitress was attentive, and there was no wait. Even sitting inside at a booth there was a beautiful view of the ocean. Food wasn't the fastest, but everyone enjoyed their meals. Family of 4 was $90 (no booze) and it was a little tricky to find as it's in a shared building with stores. It is on the ocean side of the building, on the opposite side of the park from the SkyWheel / LandShark.
