This particular restaurant was a terrible experience! Our family of 5 went in to order, and the two young men up front were horribly rude. Several of the family heard them saying terrible things about my son, very bad things. It was so bad my family walked out and would not eat there. I turned around and asked the two employees what the problem was, and they tried to act innocent. I asked for the manager, and the one longer haired, slim guy said he WAS the manager. ???? We left and drove to the Mod Pizza place near the Tanger outlets, and they were wonderful!!! Different ones said there has been numerous complaints about the service and attitude from the 103 Commons location.
If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I ordered 3 different items. One item... a salad pizza... with just a crust. No toppings at all. Another item...a build your own salad... 2 toppings missing. Called the store and talked to a child that claimed to be the manager. He said he would correct the issue if I came up there. I ordered through Doordash because I didn't want to drive up there. The entire situation was handled horrible. Do not go there at all!! Awful service and awful management.
We had pizzas from here and generally good but always better when you can eat the pizzas there
Visited on Dec 1 and was greeted and served by Naydeen. She was so helpful with my allergy restrictions and had the most positive attitude! The restaurant was neat and pizza was amazing. Great all around.

Incredibly poor customer service and refused to let me cancel my online order over an hour before they made it. Although this business online and on there door has posted that they open at 11 they do not. They will take an online order and your money though. I stood outside this restaurant over 40 weeks pregnant with my toddler trying to call to cancel my order since I could not get it and watched 2 employees ignore and my phone call. Incredibly disgusted with the lack of costumer service let alone human decency I was shown. It would have taken less than 30 seconds to talk to me or answer my call.
We ordered pizza….they gave our order to someone else and then cancelled ours. No I’m sorry, no let’s make this right. We were told we could place our order again and drive there to pick it up! NEVER again. Terrible customer service and now it’s Friday night snd my children are starving.
This was our first time trying Mod Pizza. We loved the fast service. We got to 2 pizzas and a salad. Everything was so good. We will be back again for sure.
Excellent pizza, great staff! I love the GF crust and can get vegetarian options! they are really good about changing out gloves etc. for gluten allergies.
