Terrible customer service. Walked in stood there for about 10 min. and we were completely ignored not even acknowledged We were definitely seen and they were not busy at all it’s a Monday at 6pm. We walked and went to Wahlburgers.
Our last day in Myrtle Beach and we picked Melt for our last meal. SCORE!! The food was delicious, the service was terrific, and the prices were reasonable. Next time we're in Myrtle Beach, we'll be back!
I wouldn’t come again. We had the nachos and that was good but the pizza and Mac and cheese sandwich were underwhelming and underflavored. That being said we are vegetarian so I can’t speak on how good the meat is. The customer service is good tho

It was absolutely delicious. We got a pizza. Our service was fantastic Klowy was our waitress . the place was super busy and she still never missed a beat. I would definitely recommend it.
Went for dinner twice in the same trip. Their location is unbeatable compred to other overpriced places on broadway on the beach.Their woodfire pizzas are definitely worth a try. The cheese on the pizzas was very fresh and soft. The crust is also very well cooked. Loved everything about the taste.Their cocktails are quite strong and delicious. The place is also very reasonably priced especially compared to other touristy places around that charge way more. The staff is super friendly, attentive and nice.10/10 will recommend a visit.
I NEVER write reviews but I feel like I must after the experience I had at Melt. I had a party of 35 people and most places at Broadway would not allow me to reserve a space. From the moment I called Melt, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Once we arrived, the service was simply amazing. Our waiter was attentive and professional. He had a huge party, and single handed, he took each order, divided checks and kept our beverages filled...all with a super friendly attitude. We had a mixture of adults and children and he attended to each person perfectly. Now let's talk about the food...with 35 people you would think at least one thing would be less than perfect but no way! Every appetizer and entree was amazing. Not one person complained....even the kids LOVED it. The food was fresh and simply delicious. I can not recommend this restaurant enough. Staff, food and atmosphere is more than 5 stars! Thank you for hosting our volleyball team and parents. We will definitely be back!
This place was the food highlight of our trip. It's in a busy plaza, but was on the edge where it wasn't too busy.The beer selection wasn't broad, but the options were great. I got the OG Melt with added chicken, my wife got the Pimento Patty Melt, my son got the kids Pepperoni Pizza, and my daughter got chicken fingers. The melts were amazing, the fries were perfectly crisp, the service was awesome.I've never seen my 2yo and 4yo eat so much of a sit down meal.We'll definitely be stopping back here when we visit Myrtle again.
