We were seated very promptly. Our drink order was taken quickly. The service from the waitress was impeccable. Our drinks were refilled very promptly and she kept checking on us. Once our order was placed we waited over 40 minutes for the food. Obviously, the kitchen staff is very slow and need to step it up. One would think the Manager would step up and help out. Obviously, that didn’t happen. Once we got the food, the small pizza was absolutely delicious. However, my partner in crime ordered a meatball sub and obviously, it was made well before the pizza was as his bread was soggy and meatballs were lukewarm. The tater tots were over cooked. I would not recommend this place unless you have time on your hands. The service and the pizza was great. The Sub and the kitchen staff, not so much and that is the reason for the 2 star rating. I have eaten at other very busy pizza joints and they certainly get the orders out much more quickly and all food is hot. I was disappointed in the turn around time once the order was placed. Should not have to wait 40 minutes for a pizza to come out of the oven. Lastly, when we came out, there were several cars waiting on pick up orders. One of the staff member came out and told the lady it was going to be another 5 to 7 minutes. She did not look happy. I’m guessing she had been waiting a bit for her pizza that was likely called in or placed online.
Mmmm. This pizza was just amazing. I've been going to Mellow Mushroom for tens of years and I never tried the Wild in Havana because all the other pies look so good. Well I tried it today and probably won't be getting anything besides this pizza from Mellow from now on! Honestly.... the best pizza I've had from anywhere, ever! And Ive eaten all sorts of pies from NY, Chicago, St. Louis, etc. The jerk marinated pork was so tender, juicy, and delicious. All the other ingredients compliment it perfectly. I'm assuming it's the pizza version of a Cuban sandwich. Also our server, Bree, was just delightful. She recommended some beers that really hit the spot and went great with the pizza. I got the Strawberry Shortcake Milkshake IPA and my gf got some kinda Peach Sour. We also got the Cobb Salad. We ate half the salad and one slice each and were stuffed. Just a great food experience in every way possible. Thanks Mellow Mushroom ??
Ordered 2 of the Peached Iced Teas to start. They cups were 3/4 filled with ice. The tea was good, not great. They are $5 each and don't come with 'free' refills. So, will never order one again. Got free pretzel bits app with by signing up for their emails before going. They were good. Ordered 2 small pizzas. The pizzas were good, but over priced ($13/$14) for a 10" pizza. Had never been to a Mellow Mushroom and have friends that really like the place (different location).
Traveled from New York. Restaurant was very busy and short staffed. Jamie at the bar was absolutely amazing in taking care of us and the others in the bar area! Food is amazing and allergy friendly. We got to watch the guys making the pizza’s and they are all very hard workers!

The food choices were very interesting, they tasted good as well. The interior design was dope, I've never seen a hippie van as a table in the middle of a restaurant, it's super cool. The service was really good, our server James was super cool. Overall I think this place is worth trying, I enjoyed it!
We found their gluten free options to be really good and the beer mustard pretzels hot and yummy!! Liked the many veggie topping choices for a pizza! A good easy vacation dinner!
I am glad that quality pizza is finally making a comeback. The major pizza chains with their cheap and lackluster food have driven away so many decent pizza places.Great pizza at Mellow Mushroom at a reasonable price. Good service for a very busy place. If you are in a hurry, go elsewhere. If you want good quality pizza, relax for a bit and enjoy it.
We all had great food and service at this location. Our server was very friendly. Our food was served in a timely manner. We would definitely eat there again.
