This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received from a fast food restaurant. Whoever was working the drive thru at 10:30am on Monday June 20th, she should not be allowed to talk to people in such a degrading way. If you stopped serving breakfast all-day that is perfectly fine, but making me feel dumb for not knowing that to the point that my 5 year old asked me why that lady was so mean to me is a BIG problem. Luckily we aren’t usually in the Carolina forest area so we don’t often visit that McDonald’s location, but honestly I was embarrassed to be talked to that way by another adult. I had to explain to my son that not all people are kind, but that does not mean that we are rude back to them, which is not a conversation I should have been having due to a cranky McDonald’s employee. At the end of the day she filled out the application to work there, not me.
4 days ago my family stopped by here. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. This was my experience.
One bite and my husband bit into this… like wth even is this??? Just disgusting. Waste of money!
we ordered three large iced coffees. two french vanilla and one caramel. for some reason they always make us pull up for iced coffees but we don’t mind. anyways, the girl that brought out our drinks came out with two larger looking cups and one medium looking one. we corrected her and told her we ordered three larger and she told us the medium looking one was a large but that it was caramel LATTE. we told her we didn’t order a caramel latte and told her what we ordered. she came back with a large french vanilla iced coffee and we told her we needed a caramel one. she said she gave us our caramel one so we rechecked our labels. turns out she gave us a large french vanilla iced coffee and a caramel one?? we ended up just taking the coffee, since that completed our order, and leaving but the whole situation was just so unnecessary.
This location seems to be struggling a lot at night. Between the long wait times after 12am and the 50/50 chance your food will be fresh, it's surprising this location is still in business. Maybe you guys need to hire a better night supervisor who can get this location in check to better serve your late night patrons. Cook out down the road serves triple the amount of late-night patrons and the longest Ive had to wait was 8-10 minutes.

Waited in the drive thru line for about 25 minutes behind 3 other cars. I saw more people leave than be served. The woman in front of me never got her order taken, so she pulled away and went inside. As did I, because they had been taking the second lane’s orders twice and not ours or the woman who was in front of us. When I went inside I tried to ask one of the employees for the manager, and he completely ignored me. The manager walked past at this time so I tried to get his attention. Again, he ignored me. Wasted 35 minutes to not even place an order. Sonic down the road was a 10/10 though.
This McDonald's is clean and always gets my orders correct but man the wait will have you wanting to bail before you can get your food. I don't know if it's because of lack of staff or what but I wouldn't call it fast food just food. Bojangles right beside McDonald's for those ppl who don't have an hour lunch or the patience.
Food was good but the dinning room and bathroom were pretty gross ?
What is up with all of the McDonald's around here serving cold food lately that has been sitting for a long time? When I pay $16 for lunch which only consists of a fish fillet meal and a 10-piece nugget with a couple drinks which is ridiculous by the way, I expect my food to be hot and fresh especially paying premium price. On the bright side of things, the drive-thru staff was very friendly and the manager was as well. They didn't give me any attitude when I asked them to replace my food with fresh food.
