We eat hear at least once a week and never once have they ever gotten our drive through order correct. Then when you go back or call the employees want to get rude as if this is my mistake are you serious go to 38 th or Carolina Forest worth the extra 6 minutes if you receive your complete order and it’s correct. Employees need more training in customer service.
I have been coming here for a few years now. This is actually where my first job was in high school. That being said, I try to be very patient and understanding of the employees because it genuinely is a rough job. The other night, I got my usual order, a Hi-C and McNuggets! The drive-through was fine, I went around 8 pm so there wasn’t a dinner rush at the time. The staff was great. This is a hit or miss location, though. I have had times where I had long waits and weird items, but that’s kind of to be expected at a fast food restaurant. All in all, a good location.
Just got home,to discover my four piece chicken nuggets are undercooked, and soggy. I haven't been here in almost a year, and wanted a small fry,4 piece nuggie. And now I remember why I haven't been here in a year! It's disgusting. There was no line,no wait time. I guess it's because they were smarter than myself, and went somewhere else to eat. The two stars are for them reminding me,why I stopped eating fast food. ?
Ordered my food. Got to window girl doesn’t even say anything, give money look at receipt she had it wrong so when I got to other window guy said nothing didn’t even look at me so I had to yell and tell him the food was wrong. So he goes and gets a lady she acts like it was my fault. When I finally got the food. They never said anything. Not have a nice day or even thank u. Nothing. When I drove off. Checked my food it was still wrong and it was nasty. U want have to worry about me goin back ever again.
This is a busy location. I understand that but they have a hard time getting orders right at any time of day. Ordering pick up on the app and waiting in a designated parking space is useless during busy hours. I waited 15 minutes my most recent trip, before I got out of the car to go in to get my order. She happened to be walking out to bring it to me. This isn't the first time we had to do this. We were once told, "we take walk-ins and drive-thru first then do mobile orders." So what's the point of ordering ahead?? Sure, it's mostly kid's working there. That was my first job also. But as everyone who lives here should know, in the busy season, don't expect anything fast. I personally would be okay with not as fast, if the orders were correct.
Got chicken biscuits. The chicken meat was not edible. All fatty and chewy and fibery. Total garbage. Went straight in the trash. Even though it’s cheap. It’s not worth the money.
I love this Mc Donald's but I'm a customer who loves my fries well done....and it's hard to get them that way and I ask every time! One day last week I ordered them well done when I placed my order. They weren't. So, I sent them back and had to wait.Today, I order the same and on top was nice crisp fries, after a few fries underneath was soft hardly done fries!I'm getting so disappointed with this!It may be time to take my business else where! I'm tired of the fight!
Tried McDonald's breakfast for the first time after an 8 hour drive from florida. I got to the drive threw at 6:08am and immediately was greeted. By the time I ordered to paying and getting my food it took under a minute. I was extremely impressed and the cashier at the first window was super friendly, my food was hot and the second window was friendly also. Entire experience was surprisingly great! Definitely will be back.
Hit or miss. The burger may need assembly if u go during the day. Not rush hour..just ..when the sun is out. The fries are decent most the time.
The fries use to be good now they are soggy and have no crunch to them also no salt at all. They like to forget your dipping sauce for your nuggets as well get it together.
