I want to say thank you to the woman at the drive through window last night. As we were waiting for a script to be filled for my daughter's ear infection- we went to grab some food since we had missed dinner due to being at urgent care. As we were pulling up to the window- my daughter got ill. Your staff member looked at me as she grabbed some paper towels and said "I get it- I'm a Momma too..." and handed paper towels and a plastic bag to help me after I left the drive through. I'll never forget that kindness- she didn't have to do that- but she showed empathy. We thank her for going above and beyond customer care. I hope we see her again, when she is better, to thank her.
The 4 hamburgers were as cold as our drinks. I have never gotten such a cold hamburger before. The one star is because at least the fries were hot and pop was cold
Very quick! Food was hot and fresh! Ordered with app, picked up at drive through. Used points for 1 Sausage McMuffin with Egg.
Always a great quick meal. Staff here is awesome.
horrible restaurant stay away
Wait in drive thru for 5 mins with no reply. Went inside to place an order and waited for 10 mins and was ignored. She was able to help a black family but completely ignored me. It is probably that I am not black. She had time to talk on her cellphone as I waited.
Terrible ?! Pulled up and nobody was in line at the drive thru. After waiting a minute I said "hello" and a girl said *Be with you in a few minutes". 10 minutes later she came back to the mic and said ". what you want?" While telling her my order of 5 items she said "you done yet" after each item. When I pulled up to get my food she was on her cell phone and walked away from the window. 20 minutes later one of the guys that was cooking brought me my food with our saying anything. They should all be fired. Terrible service, terrible people, terrible management, terrible McDonald's location.
The woman who works here names Shauntae is absolutely amazing! If y’all haven’t made her manager or given her a serious raise or promotion yet you need to! I waited like 20 minutes for cookies like a month and a half ago and she said next time she sees me she’d give me a free meal, I saw her today and she gave me a free meal! I said no no let me pay you and she was so cute she got the receipt and handed my $20 me acting like me like it was change. I almost didn’t even notice. She has great memory and customer service, give her a raise!!!!! Give her a bonus on top of that too!
Visit this location every Wednesday with the kids. Food is always fresh and quick. Very reliable service
