the food is pretty fast. the workers are polite for the most part, but it's getting old tgat they never have shakes. you need to address that issue
Placed order no problem. Got to window to pay and lady looked confused when I said she said the wrong order. We got it cleared up and she found my order. At the next window the employees didnt smile or greet us just started shoving stuff at us and hurrying us away. Of course the food was wrong. Missing one of the combo meals entre and the drinks were not what we ordered. Its sad when even the kids in the car say "why are they all not nice?"
This by far is the worst McDonald's I've ever been in. the other ones on the grand strand are decent and seem like they care. This one does not care. This place sucks. I ordered a number one big Mac combo. 22 minutes late. my number was 303 they were serving 3 0 9 3 10 and 311. When I ask him about my order she told me not to rush them they are working on it
gave me a raw burger.. Very rude and disrespectful
Every time I go there I get a large unsweetened tea. Ask for lots of ice. Every time no extra ice. Ask kid at the window why. He said the machine puts ice in the cup. It took me explaining to him he can put more ice in on his own. You would have thought I just asked him to go outside and dig a big hole.
The managers who work here are disgusting. How are you going to call the cops on a man that is causing no problem because he is eating food someone bought for him? Jesus came to the poor first. The cop should of humbled herself. It's good to be important but its more important to be Nice
I have been in this drive through line for 30 minutes. What in the world if you cannot deliver timely service at a McDonald’s close down. 15 dollars an hour to fast food workers does not mean you will get better service.
We went inside as it was finally open. We stood at cash register for a long while, then decided to order via kiosk. Staff didn't tell us that was only way to order on this day Lady in front of us was yelling at the staff to hand her happy meal that was sitting back there, staff completely ignored her. It sat back there for a good 5 minutes. We got our order and it was something we didn't order. With all the chaos going on behind the counter we decided to just eat it.
Great new system I guess for safety. No counter interaction just indoor kiosk, all digital. Good in principle. There was what I assumed was a manager berating a staff member. No disinfecting of outdoor seating nor indoor that I witnessed. But all in all it's McDonald's. Pretty sad when patrons are nicer than staff. Older folks were having trouble with orders in this digital age. And just to add, it's hard to be nice when your overwhelmed.
March 6,2021 at 1 pm, I asked for help to the manager on duty and personal, in the dinning new order system. No body comes for help. Some seniors people leave the place for the same situation. Please gives to the personal a better customer service trainings.
