Imagine being a frequent customer and purchasing the same meal every time. Just to receive either bad service or having your order be incorrect CONSISTENTLY . The system is always correct placing the order but something is always wrong when I come pick it up, for example my meal is supposed to come with a pickle but often is forgotten ,it’s little mistakes that turn into a big ones. Which is disappointing because I really enjoy there food .
Great sandwiches and soup, friendly staff and convenient location. Visited McAlister's three times and each lunch was excellent.
We were in town for a vacation 4/19-4/24 and we ate at this deli twice. The broccoli cheddar soup was one of the best I've had. The ruebens were also one of the best we've had. I also tried the French dip. Also absolutely perfect. Not only was the food delicious, the service was outstanding, super friendly and super quick. This is definitely going to be a regular stop every time I am in town. Don't waste your money on the tourist trap buffets, this little gem is hidden in a shopping plaza, but it was our favorite meal that we ate out

I have loved it every time I eat here (which is a lot). Tonight a customer was complaining to the staff about the price of his sandwich, saying that they should mark it down for him (when the prices are literally on the menu for you to see!) The staff at this location is always sweet and accommodating and handled this situation very well. Great job as always!
Good food and great service. A great place to pick up lunch. We ate here twice and no one was disappointed with their selections. Personally I had the roast beef dip and tomato bisque soup and followed up the second visit with the smoked turkey with pepperjack and the tamato bisque.
I only gave 2 stars cause the food was good, the service too slow.. line was almost at the entrance and one slow lady took forever to ring everyone up. Other employees didn't think to help get the line down till the last minute.. 30 minutes long or more than my normal lunch break. Will not come back to this location.

Great sandwich plus shop. Order at counter and food brought out to your table. They have good food at fair prices.
