Lunch today with the family. The Memphian is a great sandwich and their potato salad was delicious as well. Everyone in my party was impressed with their food. Service was perfect. Food was prepared quickly and brought to our table. The team periodically checked on us to make sure we had everything we need and to refill drinks. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Would happily return here.
I'm from Indianapolis but moved to West Virginia 2 years ago. We don't have a McAllister's, and I'd been craving a Spud Max with no olives and a club sandwich for weeks (months?). We got to MB last night and were exhausted, so we ordered DoorDash. My husband got seafood from another place, and I got my McAllister's fix. I almost cried in the hotel room as I was eating my very standard meal. It was very very very good. I got him a lemonade, and he said it was a little watered down, so maybe order it with no ice if you're feeling lemonade-y. Great experience overall! Y'all made this transplanted Hoosier so very happy on vacation
McAlister's never disappoints! It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I had the Reuben sandwich platter and sweet tea and my taste buds were in heaven!Service is always friendly and the lady who was outside maintaining the patio area was just so kind and pleasant! Every table was well maintained and every customer out there was treated like she knew you forever!
Food is always outstanding. I call McAlisters the Chick-fil-A of delis. Eveeytime I come there its busy and I get my food in decent time every time. Cudos
Today was my first time having McAlister's Deli and least to say everything was great from their king club to the peach Tea with lemon. They have definitely gained another loyal customer. I was very happy with my service. Thank you
The restaurant was cleane and offered a good feel to it. The food at this location was better than most of the McAlister's restaurants.
Service was excellent great sandwiches and the steak loaded baked potatoe was delicious. Had to take half home it's so big.

My first time ever going to this chain and this location was closest to me so they were the lucky one. Everyone working was very nice and personable, I am sorry I didn't get any names. The lady working the register helped me with my order and told me about the app and that you got something free when you signed up so I downloaded it while I waited and was able to redeem a coupon for a free tea.Never being here before I wasnt sure what to order so I got the ham n cheese melt that came with a side, I chose broccoli cheese soup, the spud max potato and a sugar cookie. The sandwich was good but unsure I would get it again, just not enough meat but good flavor. The broccoli soup was delicious, definitely will get that again! The stuffed potato was huge and really yummy and took me two days to finish!The sugar cookie I didnt much care for so wont get that again but I will be back for a different sandwich, soup and another potato!February, 2022.
