Feel this location is basic Margaritaville food and drinks but the bartender Beau is the best and most welcoming staff person ever! He would be the only reason for me to return!
Fun atmosphere, upbeat staff, menu is a little on the limited side but available options are good. Enjoyed what we had. Would visit again. Place was very busy but staff were attentive and food times were good. Had to sit upstairs but they do have an elevator if needed for mobility purposes. High chairs and booster seats available.
I just had the worst experience in the fun entertaining looking establishment. I was excited to eat here with a my family a party of four. When we arrived we was told 30 minutes which was not a big deal, I actually waited longer at other places. When 45 minutes pass and other parties of 4 are seated before me I tend to get a little irritated due to my buzzer may not be working properly. I go to the front desk to inquire about my buzzer and ask if it is working due to it has not beeped as of yet. I was told it was going to be another 15 to 10 minutes. I said fine but my expression on my face stated that they are on notice. As I waited the 10 minutes I go back and confirm if the buzzer was working and then they told me it needed to be charged and said it was going to be 5 more minutes at that time I am done. I hope this was not how they do business but I will STRONGLY suggest my friends, family, business partners, and my public followers to stay clear of this place if they ever want to be treated fairly!!!!
We stopped in the drink and have appetizers. It was the middle of the afternoon before the dinner crowd. We still waited 25 min. But not bad. Very entertaining inside. The nachos are great and worth getting with a group of people.
Cool atmosphere, and place to visit at least once. Server was great, free refills on soft drinks. Food was pretty mediocre though, not anything fantastic. The fish is not fresh, and the food just lacked flavor.
Burger was beyond plain, the chicken fingers were over cooked, sweet tea had no sugar I’ve had worse but have had better.
My family of 15 were on vacation in Myrtle Beach. I was so excited about having them eat at Margaritaville, but we were so upset with our experience. First of all, it was an hour wait to get in on a Wednesday night, but we waited. Second, it took over an hour for our food to come( family members started falling asleep). Once it did, two plates were still missing. Unfortunately, my cousin's appetizer came out with those meals instead of before hand. The children enjoyed the balloon man, but the adults were very unsatisfied with the experience and I felt really bad for recommending this restaurant. The male manager(I should have got his name) did end up giving us 50% off our meal, but at that time no one wanted to stay to enjoy their meal, which was the whole reason to come out, was to eat as a group. We ended up having to carry out our food. This was not a good way to start our vacation. On top of the portions being very small. My $29.99 ribs looked more like a $15 meal anyways.
My family and I went to Margaritaville for dinner on the fourth of July. We absolutely loved everything about our meal. I had a margarita and it was perfection. Worth the price and huge portions.
I've been to three Margaritavilles and this one was the least appealing. No outdoor dining, very bad estimate on the wait time (were told 1 hour 20 minutes and it was 2 hours and 5 minutes), crowded, couldn't hear the "storm" thing, crowded entrance with no crowd control or communication, dirty restrooms, and crowded together tables. Food was just like others I have been to and our server was good. If this had been my first experience at one of these, I would never go back. This one just didn't shine.
food was good. Drinks were good. It was crowded but there were a lot of areas that they would not seat people in not sure why. We ended up sitting at the bar due to rain outside and the bartender was great.
