If you're looking for authentic mexican food, this restaurant was not it. Coming from a Mexican, the food was not good at all. We were a party of 9 and everyone had the same thoughts. Don't recommend. On the other hand, we ate at Fiesta Mexicana the day before and that was 5+ stars. The only reason we went to Margaritas was because we wanted to "try" a different place out. Definitely regret it. Food looks better than it tastes. Don't be fooled by the pic.
The meal was delicious but I was charged $1.20 for corn tortillas when the menu says in comes with the meal and was over charged by $3 on my total bill.They also charge 5% credit card processing fees that are not disclosed until you go to checkout.First time here and will not be going back.
Overall pretty good typical Mexican restaurant. I got peach margarita which was great frozen margarita consistency. Alot of Mexican restaurants like to use the machines they fill with mixture, but wrong consistency is what happens.I think they just use blender which yields a better margarita.

Margaritas had good flavor and alcohol balance. Not over powering. Given 2 Salsas with chips. One mild one spicy. Good flavor. Had the fajita quesadilla and it was sloppy but tasty. Feel they could have presented it better with less mess/grease but the flavor was on point. Friendly service as well
If you are looking for good, cheap Mexican food, this is the place to go. The food is your standard non-fussy and not fancy Mexican food. This is the type of food that you would see actual Mexicans eating at back home (obviously, this is an Americanized version but you get the idea). The food is absolutely fantastic and the prices are the lowest that you will find for a restaurant anywhere in this area. I would have given them 5 stars but it was very hot and smelly in the restaurant, and they tried to charge us for drinks for the kids when it says drinks are included. They took the charge off after a little back and forth. Just look over your check.

My husband and our two boys and myself went to this establishment on a whim. The aesthetic of the restaurant is bright with color and very fun! We were sat immediately upon entering and brought chips and two different types of salsa. When our drinks arrived we ordered our food. We had been to numerous pricey restaurants in Myrtle Beach and wasn't too pleased with the amount of food we received, so we ordered a few extra tacos as the menu pricing was pretty fair. Not even 10 minutes went by and all of our food was brought out by 4 different gentlemen all at once! The flavors, exquisite! The abundance of each meal was extreme the extra tacos were not needed, but we ate them and had left overs! Our drinks never went half empty or half full how ever you want to look at it. The experience was wonderful!!! 10/10!!! We were there for a total of 45 minutes if that! Top quality restaurant food in minutes!! And the shrimp tacos are phenomenal!!!!!
We were looking specifically for enchiladas so ordered from Margarita's. The food was average Mexican. Just didn't have that Wow, so delicious factor.
