Rude staff, pricey for terrible food and service!!! Burger was cold and nasty. Bread for grilled cheese was so hard could have busted a window. Fries were not completely cooked. Never got refills.Do not recommend!!!Was not given discount that was supposed to have been for staying at Hotel Blue also. Will not go back!!!!
If it was just me and my husband maybe we would have had a better experience. We had our kids with us. If it is more than 6 people they charge you gratuity automatically. For 2 adults and 4 children is cost $175 and we only shared 1 drink and we all had waters. There was not much food on the table for that price. It is a cute set up but the customer service was not that great either.
The only thing keeping this review from one star was the kitchen staff. We had a large group of over 30 and were told the restaurant could accommodate. Arrived and not enough seating was prepared. Then we were told everything had to be one check. The restaurant lacked the ability to separate checks by family. And then the checks came split into thirds by table. So they could split the checks into three but not 12? Got it. Made no sense. It was poor management. The bright spot was the kitchen. It got our food out quickly and accurately. Just some advice to the restaurant is don’t oversell the ability to properly serve a large party. And when a solution is suggested (separate orders by player number), listen. The restaurant made a normally smooth situation very frustrating.
Went here after a long day of traveling since it was next to our hotel. Long wait for a table at 6:30 pm... Tables were open and finally we asked to be seated on the deck were tables were visibly open for > 15 minutes. We were then seated right away! Food was good but nothing to write home about! Waitress was good and attentive!
I enjoyed everything about this very cool little place. The pizza was good. The drinks, the service and the vibe easy even better. Very close the beach Right across the street from my hotel. When I make it back to Myrtle Beach this will be one of the first places that I'll come to Ytt
Food was good, service was slower than I’d like, but acceptable. Our waitress, Zuzanna, was pleasant. Water came in foam cups. Main issues are the price ($16 for a pulled pork sandwich) and lack of selection (there’s maybe 10 things on the menu and the ONLY side is French fries). I wouldn’t come again if I had a choice, but options are limited nearby.
The food came fast, was prepared fresh, and tasted absolutely amazing!! The drinks contained a sufficient amount of alcohol. I 100% recommend eating here and would pay for your meal if you didn't like it, I am that sure not one person would be disappointed.
For starters the service was horrible and to really make matters worse I had hair in my fries. Now I ate the whole hamburger and did not notice hair in the sandwich but as I was eating the fries that's when I ended up with a long redish looking hair in my mouth and I didn't even get all the hair out of my mouth. Then the manager whom took her time to address the issue then proceeded to ask as if we were lying about the hair and only took off 8 dollars off at 14.99 sandwich. We use to eat here before but stopped due to poor service but now we WILL NEVER EVER IN LIFE eat here and will strongly suggest others to follow suit. The menu is trash and they don't even have half of the food they had in the past few years per covid.
Ennis is the best bartender at the locko gecko. Definitely the best one to go to on your vacation at Crown Reef!
We ove the loco gecko. Been several times and it's worth it every time. Must have every trip to myrtle beach.
