This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a La Hacienda! We sat at the table for 17 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge us. We literally had to flag someone down to take our drink order. We arrived at 7:10 pm and just got our food at 8:05 pm. We counted 6 other tables come in a get waited on immediately and got food within 10-15 minutes. All I can say is good luck if you take a chance and go here. There is no parking, the ac is broken and the wait staff including the manager were terrible!!
Very good and typical Mexican Cuisine. I always make a point to eat the combos the first time I visit a new location. “The House” served us quickly with good standard options: tacos, enchiladas, and ACP.Interior decor is above and beyond expectations.Food Preparation: 7/10Service: 7/10Cleanliness 6/10Value: 6/10
Great food, good prices, service was great. Had rather go to local places than all the over crowded restaurants on the beach of main road. Reminds me of El Sombrero back home which we eat at every week. Will definitely come back.
The service here is terrible. You can never count on getting a refill of any kind. Also, getting a check can be a challenge. This past time our plates were empty so we stacked them all in hopes that would get some more attention. After 10 minutes we finally had to go up to the bar to request a check. Also, I always order the same exact thing and very clearly point to it on the menu. Today our server sent out the wrong thing and then told me I said I wanted something different. I understand their can be miscommunications but please don’t put words in my mouth.…. Their food is excellent, but their service is so terrible that I won’t be coming back.
This restaurant is clean and comfortable. The staff members are all polite, inviting, friendly and attentive.Foods taste fresh, and seems to be prepared by a seasoned professional.Looking in, from outside, you would not expect the indoor dining area to be encompassed by such beautiful art adding a flair to make it feel more like an authentic atmosphere.q
I'm giving 4 stars because the food was amazing, service was great!! Unfortunately we sat on the outside patio porch, and they allow smoking. Wasn't for the smoking this would be a 5 star ratings. May want to consider enforcing "no smoking" policy
I don’t want to start out with immediate complaints, but my friend and I were not treated very well by our server. He barely spoke to us (there wasn’t any language barrier, if there were—we both have respect, are also servers, and understand), only came to the table to bring drinks-food-checks; that’s all. We had to flag him down or wait and wait. My friend and I ended up combining waters because we got no refills. He had no personality and didn’t even seem like he wanted to serve us. Stale demeanor until three Spanish men came in, he was a totally different person with the gentlemen. Food was so/so. Guacamole was good. He charged me for sour cream with a quesadilla, which is absurd. I have never left less than a 20% tip in my life, but I couldn’t bring myself to give this man the satisfaction. Won’t be back for this experience.
One of the better Mexican restaurants in the area. It's easy to get to. The menu is complete and food is very good. Prices are fair and portions very good. Be sure to ask for some of their hotter salsa to go with the tortilla chips. We have found the staff very friendly without trying to become you new best friend. Give them a try.
Delicious food, friendly staff, large servings, and reasonable prices. Love going here.
Delicious and authentic! Excellent service and good value for the price. We look forward to going back!
