Of course I had to stop here for some fresh donuts. Took the kids in to show them how they make the donuts. I love it. The grazed ones are so soft and flaky. Have to try them if you never did.
Too bad they weren't hot nuts! It was pouring rain so I had to sit waiting for the person to come back to the speaker. My car was drenched, but he apologized. The donuts were very fresh, very tasty!
The last couple of times we've visited this location they only had 3 flavored donuts: original, strawberry glazed with sprinkles, and chocolate glazed with sprinkles. That was it, both times! They didn't even have any strawberry or chocolate without sprinkles which we couldn't believe. When this place first opened they had a variety of donuts, everything you could think of. Unfortunately that's not the case anymore.
Staff was friendly, however my order was completely wrong and there were several standard menu donuts that were not available as usual. It is usually hit or miss with them. But what we did get was good.
Worst Krispy Kreme location I have ever visited! Have only gone there because it is very close to where we now live. Have been there several times, thinking that the last very poor experience was a fluke, or due to Covid, or weird magnetic interference… or pick your favorite excuse, but EVERY time, this location never fails to disappoint. From 80% of advertised doughnuts not being available, to cold re-heated doughnuts trying to be passed off as “Hot and Ready”, to wrong doughnuts in our order, to not honoring rewards, this is BY Far the worst KK location I have ever visited. The staff is not knowledgeable and could care less if a customer has a positive experience. Not sure if this location is corporate owned of franchised owned, but whoever the owner is, I’m betting that they are losing money or soon will be losing money and they would be better off shutting this worthless location down. Have asked to speak with management. Not holding my breath that they will call. Hate to say it but I guess it is Dunkin’ Donuts or even grocery store doughnuts for me be a use I will NEVER visit this location again. Consumer beware if you decide to take a chance on this KK location. Much better options out there!!!
They just lost a 41 year customer. The first foodstuff I ate when I emigrated to the US was a glazed doughnut, that I bought in the Broad St store of Richmond, Va.I was hooked!!!Today, will be the last day I buy or eat Krispy Kreme…..their product is garbage!!!I went to buy my customary weekly dozen glaze to take home, they offered me a second dozen for $1.00, I know now why……when I got home and open the first box, there were 12 old, dry, cold, stale, shriveled, disgusting circles of greasy fried dough.I opened the second box thinking it was a mistake…..nope, same!I tried to call the store…..nope, I got some corporate claims taker…..a waste. So, I drove to the store, put the boxes on the counter, told them, these are old doughnuts…..everyone behind the counter stopped laughing and joking and doing whatever they were doing (instead of making good doughnuts), and the person whom waited on me originally only managed to say, “ok?”…….so, if this is the way they choose to run their business, so be it…..these are the last $12.94 they will ever get from me.By the way, they didn’t even offer to refund me, or apologize……this is customer service American style post pandemic…..utterly sorry!!!!Jaime Pando

Bad customer service and poor management. They only make cinnamon rolls on Sunday and when I go there at 920 in the morning to make a large order, they couldn't sell "cinnamon rolls" because they are in the process of shipping to other stores. What do you think those stores are going to do with those, display them? No they will sell them..Sell the products in front of you. I left without making a purchase when I planed on ordering 3 dozen plus donuts. Guess this store makes enough revenue to not care about my $50 order. Poor management as my daughter worked there as well recently and I have lots of stories to tell that go on here at this location.
Out of original glazed as well as over half the other options. What kind of donut shop doesn’t have original donuts to sell? I would understand if it was right at closing but this was 7 hours til closing and they said wouldn’t have any original glazed for at least another hour
First time in an actual Krispy Kreme store. Was really excited to see the donuts being made right in front of me. And of course the donuts were delicious!
