My husband and I went there for our wedding anniversary weekend for a pick me up after a disappointing meal at a local Italian restaurant buffet.Our dozen of glazed doughnuts was hot and fresh.We enjoyed them in the parking lot .It was just what we needed at the time.
What a disappointment! We wanted their feature menu item, "The Honey Lover's Dozen". After waiting in line a half hour before getting waited and then waiting a half hour for our order to be filled. When finally called to the register we were informed it would be another hour before they could fulfill our order. We left and went to Dunkin. 5 stars to Dunkin.

Hot and ready Krispy Kreme original donuts were great. Unfortunately there was almost no selection available in specialty donuts.
I Wanted a dozen doughnuts but they had alot of "specialty"doughnuts which are extra but they didn't have enough of the regular doughnuts so I had to pick some of the specialty ones just to have a variety and they charged me more. I feel they should of gave me the price of a regular dozen mainly because there was not that many doughnuts to choose from. A little disappointed ?
Establishment was easily accessible, well lit, and very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful, and fast.
We pulled in at 9:54 pm it says on the web site they are open until 10:00pm and the doors were locked and they were already cleaning up! When it says your open until a certain time I assume that means open for business until that time!
I tried ordering from this location for a school fundraiser. I called with 48 hours notice, then called again the day before to make sure it was okay to add a few more dozen to the order. I called the morning of our fundraiser (2/11) to make sure that everything would be ready at 10:30, as I spoke to 2 different employees prior to this. The woman I spoke with said a manager "was supposed to call me" because they wouldn't be able to fulfill my order due to Valentine's Day coming up. No one had informed me of this, and to find this out at the last minute was super frustrating.They were able to work it out for me to pick up the fundraiser doughnuts at a different location. I was just very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication. Had I not called to check on my order, I would not have been able to get the doughnuts for our fundraiser that we had been planning for a couple of weeks. I'm thankful for the 501 location for coming through, but I wouldn't recommend this particular Krispy Kreme.
Service was not friendly and they did not have what we wanted and still had to wait 15 for hot originals while the hot sign was on.
