I normally stop at Dunkin Donut for coffee & a donut if I’m out & about. Today, though, I visited Krispy Kreme, 1805 No. King’s Hwy in Myrtle Beach. The jelly donut was delicious. The coffee was the worst I’ve had in my life! I told the clerk as I was leaving that the coffee tasted like the bottom of the pot! She took the coffee from me & said, “Thank you!” Back to DUNKIN!
No service at all stood there as long as my knees would let no one ever came to register to take my order. So I finally just left. That’s what the workers want you know. The Less customers the less work for them
Got a dozen classic assorted donuts! We waited for the glazed donuts because we wanted them fresh and warm. Seriously a pillowy soft bite with a melt in your mouth experience! Can't go wrong if you are craving a donut!
Gave us 10 donuts instead of a dozen and didnt even bother to tell us or fix it. When we went back to get the 2 donuts we paid for they were rude and brought our box to the back for almost 5 minutes even though we just wanted the 2 donuts we had already paid and had a receipt for. Probably spit in the box or something and did not even apologize for messing up our order. Overall disgusting experience and slow service on top of that, don’t waste your time here.
Came on vacation from Lockport,Ny and absolutely loved the service here. The manager is extremely helpful and answered all my tourist questions ?The donuts are amazing!!Highly recommended!!
This location is a little further than others for me but always has great service and great food. I don't buy donuts often but this location is worth the drive.
What can I say, always a great place for a sugar fix! Regular donuts great, still warm. Tried fruit filled, needed plenty of napkins when first bite oozed out, great!
We have visited this particular one on and off over the years. On this visit (Saturday) there was at least 5 workers in there and AFTER I placed my order, it seemed they all were just standing there at the front and I was the LAST person to place an order for 2 dozen originals. NOONE ELSE IN THE STORE AT THIS POINT, only 2 other customers in front of me when I walked in and one just wanted a drink. I waited for OVER 10 minutes, lady asked the young guy in the back were my donuts was and then shook her head! ALL WORKERS HAD BEEN STANDING THERE talking, one on the phone, one even walked out to a car and got her apron. By the looks of the floor and the crumbs etc in the milk case they should be cleaning instead of hanging out, JS. Management needs to tighten up obviously.By that point my husband walked in wanting to know why it was taking so long and it was dead in there.Mind you the hot light was on and when I was handed the boxes they were not even warm, if they are not hot the light should not be on. We have noticed the light is always on here though so they should ALWAYS be hot then???!!! If not someone needs to learn to turn the light off. These were the worst donuts we have ever gotten from there, they were cakey like not airy like we are used to Krispy Kreme hot donuts being. After coming home usually our family eats them up, they didn't even like them. Now it's Tuesday and we have an entire dozen left...WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. We will go to another establishment from now on.These are definitely not up to the Krispy Kreme standard we are used to.
Every year, we vacation in Myrtle Beach, and tradition has us pick up 3-4 dozen donuts for our large family. This is no more. We pulled in. Place looked deserted. Employee was outside on smoke break. Selection was much smaller than usual, and donuts were not warm. Asked for a dozen mixed. Arrived at hotel and sat down with milk. Even with heating some in microwave, they tasted old. Far cry from the Krispy Kreme of old. Not worth the price, or even the effort.
Love it when the HOT sign is showing - you must stop - no matter what! ;) The donuts were fresh, hot and delish! Never a mistake getting a HOT treat even if it is near midnight!
