This particular KFC was terrible. First the young man didn't listen to my order. I told him what I wanted, then he kept asking me about a combo or meal and I had to tell him 3 times I don't want a drink. Pull up to the window and still had me down for a drink.. THEN they didn't have any original recipe breasts, so they substituted a thigh and wing, then that DOUBLED my price to over 8.00, my usual is always about 4.15. I said I didn't want that or will pay it because they didn't have what I ordered, and then wanted to argue that I would have to pay for the 2 pieces that were supposed to be a substitute. I took my card, didn't pay and drove off. I love KFC normally but that just turned me way off, and I won't go back there. Disgusted to say the least.
Need to check every time you go. Last December I ordered large bucket. Got home to find all legs. Called and told to come in next day (Sunday). Went to find out manager was called out to another branch and didn't share information. Never did get my replacement bucket (didn't want sides, they were correct.) Since then 2 out of three times they screw up the order. Went one time during afternoon and ordered crispy just to be told they were out. That has happen twice. Don't want to wait 15 minutes due to management not being on top of situations.
Unfortunately, yesterday ( my first visit)I went to KFC and picked up a bucket of extra crispy thighs, sides were mashed potatoes and corn. It was awful! Cold, it a as soggy, so it wasn't extra crispy . Threw it out!Wow, several unpleasant experiences many customers had to deal with, so I don't feel so bad now. What a shame ?
It was good. Nothing to complain. Went through drive through, it wasn't a long wait.
Worst meal I've ever had in Myrtle Beach since I came here. Also the worst KFC I've ever had anywhere and I am 65!The biscuits were not fully cooked. The chicken tasted like it had been setting in oil all day. Besides that it obviously was not the "original recipe" as it tasted like it had been overly mixed with cayenne pepper. This was so bad I couldn't eat it!! Myrtle Beach usually has great food because of the competition .I never thought that anyone could ruin KFC'S coleslaw but they did tasted like they used old cabbage it had a horrible tasteDon't go here I won't !
The food was mediocre and the staff was friendly enough but it didn't feel like the greatest of experiences. Chicken was half breaded and the biscuit tasted a bit like dough.
We eat at this location regularly. The food is always cooked very well, and the service is good. Restaurant is clean and so are restrooms
Great chicken sandwich! Good fries but I do miss the potato wedges.
Worked all day was so hungry figured I would stop and get some KFC. My chicken was so hard I couldn’t bite it. Must have been sitting out all day long. The food is not fresh at all and this is 6:00 dinner time hours. Threw the whole meal out wasted 10 bucks.
I love the pot pie from KFC. My all time favorite especially when it starts to get cold. A pot pie will keep you warm inside.
