I want to be honest. Three stars is really an over rating. The Jamaican female manger had the nastiest attitude. First time eating there and my wings still had feathers on them. They honestly had me calling corporate in the lobby. They need a crash course on the chain of command and on what is good customer service. But to add to the list. The bathroom is normally dirty and but the one good thing is that they hire disabled people. So equal opportunity didn't seem to be a thing.
This franchise owner does not care about the well-being of their customers in the drive-thru. Instead of spending the money for proper awnings or overhangs around the menu and order window they rather cheap and not install them or just install a tiny one over window. So if it's raining do not use the drive-thru You will get drenched.
The portions were laughable- Literally a dinner for a 2 year old - More disappointing to have paid $13.00 for food much less the size of your palm —
Worst drive-thru experience. You have to turn your head backwards to see the menu and then the speaker box gets in the way. Lobby was closed, still... Food was ok but the buying experience was horrible and they even gave out fliers to apply inside. I don't want to be proselytized when I'm buying food from you. Aside from this location, KFC is getting out of hand with their prices. Calm down KFC!
The workers were nice the food was horrible the chicken sandwich was nothing but fried breading the biskit was hard
Although this KFC was understaffed and under pressure, they prepared our order in a reasonable amount of time. But, more importantly, because we had to settle for a combination of regular and extra crispy chicken, the manager discounted our order 50%! And the chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and biscuits were exceptional. We've always been impressed by the food from this KFC franchise.

Decided to run out from my hotel to grab something to eat n hitKFC. It was good!! In fact just finished it off for breakfast.My order was correct and hot!!Thank you.
Pretty good place. Generally have everything hot and fresh. I stopped in for the fake chicken nuggets. Beyond chicken or whatever it's called. They fry them up hot and fresh when I got them. But I've been here for wings too, sandwiches, etc etc. I've never waited too long, and to me that's a plus
The location at surf side beach gave us what must have been some left over chicken sandwiches because they were not only cold when I felt the bag( I didn’t think much of this when I got it) but when I got home I couldn’t even take a bite because the chicken was so hard! The manager at this location, Shakeem, personally made this order.. it was hot and fresh! They were the biggest fattest and most juiciest chicken sandwiches we have ever had at kfc! They were so amazing.. this is seriously the BEST customer service we have had in the service industry in YEARS… people don’t care much about customers anymore for some strange reason but this really made our night❤️ Thank you Shakeem!!
