We appreciate the conscientious and friendly staff here. They keep the restaurant clean and tidy which is rare to find these days given the shortage of workers. You’ll find the Jersey Mikes subs you love with a comfortable atmosphere too.
Turkey provolone sub was great. Much better than my first visit to Jersey Mike's when I got the cheese steak sub and was not impressed with it. The lady working the front was great. Prices are a little high for a large sub but that's the way it is now.
Order through the app - App must have put an arbitrary time in as got their at 11:46 and was told my order was in the system for 12:00 - very light traffic as right before lunch rush - make a long story short basically I was ignored as people came in ordered, got their food, paid, & left - finally got my line sandwich at 12:04 - asked did I make a mistake ordering online again was told my order was for 12:00 - I told them I didn’t put that time in and how would I be next in the queue once I placed the order - no response- next time if there is one I’ll just order at the store and avoid the extra wait & and time, energy, and effort to order ahead
This chain is so much better than the one named after underground transport.We always get Regular 6 (tuna) and Regular 13 (Italian). The meats and cheeses are always fresh, and the toppings are to your order. Love it!
Been to different ones in different states. Never been disappointed in any sub they've made. Staff is sometimes a little on the slow side, but have been friendly.
Worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been to the sandwich was thin and horrible bread was saggy saggy the one in murrells inlet is 10 times better do not go to the 1 by Lowe's
Food was delicious but the don't honor requests u put on order and some personalities need adjusted. Just seemed miserable
Love Jersey Mike's but my last few visits the roast beef has been dry, overcooked, and the portion skimpy.
I was charged for food that was never delivered. Called the store to find out & a female identified herself as the manager was no help & was not concerned that I did not get food. Refused to provide her name or corp phone #. They send out emails offering free delivery but accept no responsibility for you get the food. I will never order from them again. Totally failed in customer service.
Being from CT, it's damn nice to have this sub shop down here. Food is so damn delicious, and they load up the sub perfectly for you, and to add the dressing onto your sub, absolutely delicious.
