Had a nice brunch date with my partner. We went around down time and or shift change on a Monday. It was peaceful, as we came in we were greeted and seated. Our server Amanda was a joy, Godly woman and positive. Which made the visit that much better. She was easy going and she gave us the ins and outs on what to get on the menu worth getting also quality. Food came out fast and it was delicious. She came out serving with a smile it meant the world, being that I work in food service of course tipped well. Will always love this location ❤
We hadn't been here in years but we decided to eat here with a group of 8 for Mother's Day. Upon walking in we were informed that there would be a wait because they only had 2 servers. We were all in the mood for breakfast so we decided to stick around. The food was decent and the price was pretty good when ordering from the Happy Hour Menu (3p-9p daily). The only thing that saved this review was our server Rohanna. Even being busy and short staffed she was right on point with everything and provided exceptional service with a smile! The score would have been much lower without her.
I want to commend this IHOP for their superb service! Wait time was minimal considering it was Mother's Day. Servers were friendly and motivated to perform their jobs with accuracy. Back of the house also did a superb job of sending out very specific orders accurately and expedited them quickly and all at one time. This restaurant doesn't excellent job of providing gluten-free options. I will definitely return. Management is organized... This makes a significant difference in the continuous flow of the restaurant.
Me and my family love eating here. However our last visit was not pleasant. The guy with long hair waited on us, and it took FOREVER! like 2hrs. He couldn't even find a pack of sour cream, and just gave up. Really? Never came to the table after that. The female waiter, looked like she really cared, too bad we didn't have her. It was pretty sad, but at least our food is always pretty good.....
I tried ordering online at 7:30am. I realize it's a Saturday but some people do sleep in so I'm not expecting a mad dash to IHOP at 7:30. Ordering online at least a hour in advance gives plenty of notice. Online ordering was shut down until 1:30 pm. I called in hopes that they would take a to go order over the phone. Nope. They are supposedly still short handed and will not serve anyone that won't sit in the restaurant to dine. Do people really order breakfast meals for 1:30? If you paid people decently or invested in automation, you'd probably not turn away customers. I'm glad you don't need the business.
Server was so timid and shy we could hardly hear her. Choc milk is milk with syrup. We ordered 3 hashbrowns, only 2 came out. I ordered blueberry lemon crepe, which was luke warm with cold parts. We were not checked on Had to ask another server who was not friendly for our bill. Both of my sons work in the service industry and we are typically generous tippers, we did not leave a tip it was that bad. And there were only 4 tables at the time and 2 servers.
Stopped here because of the heavy downpour of rain (so did a lot of other travelers). Even with a large group of customers, our food came out rather fast. It was good (except for the coffee) and plentiful. Our server was polite and attentive.

If it wasn't for your servers you would be shut down. How is it national pancake day and your pancakes literally come apart in layers. And we didn't even get everything we ordered spent 70 dollars to only get home and realize we were missing parts of our order and we live a pretty decent ways away food tasted awful and your smoked sausage literally tasted like hotdogs. So disappointed
We did an online order, order was missing food. Side salad. We never called to tell them....at this point in our lives it is what it is. ? I specifically asked the gal at the counter if all food was there.She said everything was checked. I had no where to take the food out of the bag but the bench in the lobby. I didn't want all our food on it. My stupidity.Food was good!
