The food here was pretty good, but there were a couple of issues. 1. There was only one cook making the food which doesn’t make any sense because the place was very busy at the time. 2. I waited for almost an hour and 15 minutes for my food to come out. 3. I asked for a refill for my sweet tea and they said they would but never did. So, unless you want to wait over an hour for food and have lazy staff, than do not come here.
There was a 20-minute wait time when we arrived which wasn't bad for a Saturday morning at the beach. After being seated, the waitress came after about 5-minutes to get our drink orders. We placed our drink and food orders at the same time. After a while we started noticing that guests that were seated 10-15 minutes after us were receiving their drinks and food. After 20 minutes our waitress brought our drinks and said the kitchen was moving slow. We waited another 15 minutes before getting our food. My cousin's omelet wasn't made the way it was supposed to be, and my eggs were cold. It was obvious that some of our order had been sitting to the side waiting on the rest of the order to be cooked. Emma/Emily the waitress was a nice lady, but I think she was tending to too many tables. She did give us free to-go drinks as a courtesy.
When we got there and we're easier to be seated (not very long, maybe 3 mins) we noticed a bullet hole in the front window so we were a Lil sketched out but decided it's still what we wanted. They seemed really short staffed. The waiter (didn't get his name) seemed to be a Lil confused at first and did forget some of our order, we had about an 8 how drive ahead of us so we ended up taking almost half the food home. After talking with the waiter some we realized they were short staffed and he was probably a little nervous, there were 8 of us, so we understand. He tried very hard to keep drinks filled and get the food right, and was very friendly, made our stop there a good time even though the food was messed up and it took awhile to get. If you're in town n looking for a hot breakfast, it's worth it, but if you're in a hurry, might wanna skip this location.
To start, 45 minute wait and only half the tables were occupied. It's COVID season I get that. Once we are seated it takes the waiter 20 minutes to get our drink order. Then another 35 to bring our drinks. No joke. Then once we order the food actually comes quick but really odd. The eggs with cheese was cold and a slice of cheese thrown on top of the eggs and it wasn't even melted. The cheese was not melted or scrambled into the eggs. Over all... Horrible experience with Weston/Westin as our waiter. He was slow, inadequate and unprofessional. This establishment deserves less than 1 star. It was an embarrassing to have spent money on that service.Saved yourself agony and if you show up here and get Weston/Westin .... Walk out.
Well one of the servers was coughing with no mask on and scratching her head. And she was near people food. She wasn't my server but that's still nasty. And My mother n law said the cook was back there cooking with no gloves on. The manager was loud and ghetto which shouldn’t have happened around customers who are eating. That same server was coughing on my husband’s neck and when I told him to move she gave me a dirty look. I gave her one right back with that dusty wig she was scratching. Food was alright but who knows if she coughed on it. I already contacted the corporate office because if someone gets sick then that’s a lawsuit.
Our server was great, but he was the only good thing about this place. Extremely long wait. Not very clean. Food was OK, but not worth the price or wait with so many other options in the area.

As busy as they were they managed to get our food in a reasonable time. The wait staff was polite and professional. Next time I visit myrtle Beach I will be eating here again.
The staff here was great! As soon as we got there we were greeted by the manager D. She informed us a majority of her staff had called in and asked for our patience. We were in no rush so we figured we didn't mind any wait. D and the other young lady that was in the FOH were so kind and welcoming. Short staffed they still managed to make us feel welcome, provided excellent service, and great food. They went out of their way to conversate with my child, they listened to her as she talked on about every and anything, and just overall made her feel good. I definitely would come back if not just for the food, but for the great service. Thank you ladies!
Some great breakfast food for sure! Would have been 5 stars but i tried to order online, it didn’t work. Then called this location and they couldn’t take my order over the phone so I was forced to go inside. However, very great pancakes, eggs, hash browns, and bacon. I don’t normally eat here but i’ll definitely be back more often!
